The owners are very pleasant and easy to work with in making arrangements and followup on questions and the few concerns that came up. Accommodations are excellent with full kitchen and comfortable bedding. Internet was a direct modem line but we suggested, for ease of multiple laptop use, setting up WiFi for future residents. Living room TV a bit small for the size of the room. Golf was very good and reasonable start times were fairly easy to get. The community policies on guests of transfer residents was a bit restrictive. Facilities can only be used with the transfer resident present with the guest. Overall, an excellent choice at a reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly recommend it to friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

Pamela and Brian are every renters dream owners. They were easy to deal with and very responsive to answering the many questions that I had. Pamela and Brian had recently purchased the condo and so we were their first renters. This for me was a concern, as we have been using VRBO for a long time and I like to look at previous renters comments as this can be a good indication of what you are renting. What a treat to walk into this beautiful well furnished condo. It was so clean!!! The location is great, as it is right across from one of the smaller community pools. The Heritage Bay property is a beautiful property. We loved being able to transfer the owner’s membership and having use of the golf course, tennis courts and gym. The condo comes with 2 bikes and we used them often to go for bike rides and for transportation to the tennis courts. We also used the beach chairs and cooler on one of our many trips to the beach. . We were always in touch, as Pamela wanted to check to see how our stay was going and to check to see if there were things that she needed to get for the condoRecommended for: Age 55+.
