Quick boat ride to popular lake spots including Chimney Rock and Chuck’s Marina. 30 minutes from Auburn University.
Plenty of space to gather while creating great memories. House overlooks beautiful cove popular for fishing, tubing and skiing. View of cove from master bedroom will ensure a peaceful start to your day. Have your quiet morning coffee on the veranda or down on the dock. Let the kids sleep in in their own private cabin… After breakfast, water ski off the end of the floating dock or float peacefully on your back. Plenty of dock for fishing too! 2 staircases into/out of the water with handrails for the tired wake-boarder.
Main house is brightly furnished and the perfect vacation home. Wi-Fi and cable throughout, and an outdoor music system. Master bedroom has queen bed. 2 additional guestrooms also have queen beds and there is an extra single bed in one guest room. Laundry room has full capacity washer and dryer. Gas grill available. Boat launch nearby. Floating dock available for your boat.
Kid’s cabin has: 1 DBL sofa bed and 2 DBL futons, pool table, full size fridge, microwave, dart board, T.V., and an entertainment/gaming system. Spacious and open, and just steps away from the main house.

About the owner: My wife and I both work for Delta Air Lines and live in the Atlanta area. After visiting friends who own a lakehouse on Lake Martin, we fell in love with it! For the last 3 summers, this home was THE destination for our family and friends! Now that the kids have less time (late teens/ college) to spend, we decided to rent our home on the weeks which we don't use it . We love our Lake home, and we are certain you will also. A morning coffee or evening glass of wine down on the dock will melt your stress away!!
Why the Owner Chose Dadeville:
Easy drive from Atlanta, Birmingham and Montgomery. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Great neighbors, and a fantastic cove!
