  We enjoyed staying there very much and look forward to going back again. Our four person family fit quite well. We took our miniature Schnauzer and we were able to put her in the small pen to give her some outside time. We enjoyed the upper level deck - great view. Overall, a great place to stay!

  I stayed at this adorable cottage during Thanksgiving, 2012. It was delightful. The beds were comfortable and the cottage is very convenient to the beach and restuarants. We also enjoyed all the televisions because it was a college football weekend! I will certainly stay here again.

  When we pulled up to his cute and cozy cottage/beach house we were thrilled at how close it was to the beach. The deck was amazing to sit at night up top and watch the waves. My main excitement was the screened in sunroom! I took a couple naps out there during the day and watched TV and it was lovely and peaceful! Bathroom is a little small but you are at the beach so you are not spending your time in there anyways plus there is an outside shower to use. The master bedroom was so cozy for us. The house was stocked with pretty much everything we needed which was great. The owner Gail really worked with us on everything and was very helpful when we needed her. We will definitely come back for our little weekend getaways!!

  What a lovely little cottage so convenient to the beach and restaurants. It is exactly as pictured. Comfy beds – how nice. And TVs in every room too for those who can’t agree on what to watch. Having a full kitchen and a grill was perfect. Washer and dryer access was great too. And being able to take our little dogs with us on vacation was a bonus. They made themselves right at home too.

  Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway.

  The property was excellent. Very clean and handy to all shops and restaurants. Mikes Diner and Oyster Bar is next door and had the best food! Thanks for a lovely time.

  This beach cottage was the type of cottage one would love to curl up on the daybed on the screen porch and read a good book or watch the outside TV, yes I said outside TV. The bath room was small but it worked well for us as a family. I preferred to use the outside shower as it also had hot water. Anyone looking to have the real beach cottage experience would love this home.

  This little cottage is the most comfortable, charming cottage a block away from the beach. My husband and I were amazed at how well stocked the cottage was. Litterally we only needed to bring our swim suits and some shorts and tee shirts. PCB was ok, but this cottage made the experience worth while. Enjoyed the big flat screen. Master bed, super comfy. Cottage was exceptionally clean. We loved our stay!

  I recently rented this charming beach cottage while in Panama City Beach for my wedding. It truly was a home away from home! The house is nicely decorated and very cute! My husband really liked the flat screens in all the rooms! Gail was very freindly and accomodating,as were all the locals in this area. I forgot some souveniers and she was nice enough to mail them to my home! The sleeping porch and two story decks were our favorite things about the house.The location is perfect and is within walking distance to the beach. We took our dog and even he had fun! "dog beach" & pier park were a 5 min. drive and one of our favorite spots to visit! We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, as the owners have thought of everything! All you need to bring is your suitcase! Our rental quickly became the favorite gathering place for our wedding guests. We are already planning another visit for our 1st anniversary. I cant say enough about what a great stay we had! I would highly reccomend this rental to anyone!

  This is a wonderful little cottage! It is closely located to the beach, restaurants, shopping and groceries. The area is quiet and safe. The cottage was just the right size for our family of four. We LOVED the outdoor shower! The crow's nest was perfect for morning coffee or evening unwind. We had a great time renting a pontoon boat from Scotty's and snorkeling near Shell Island. We also enjoyed a beautiful morning of deep sea fishing on the Jubilee. Ms Gail was helpful in suggesting these points of interest for us and was very easy to work with whenever we had a question or concern prior to our arrival. We were looking for a week at the beach with our boys, as we had never vacationed without extended family. I had never used VRBO before or any privately owned rental. This cottage proved to be the beach house we will be talking about for years to come as one of the best trips our family has taken! Thank you so much,Ms Gail for sharing your cottage with us. It was wonderful!!!

Add Cleaning Fee of $85 and add $15 a day for pet up to $45.00 Maximum. Additional fee for second pet of $5 a day up to $65 Maximum.

RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS (Beach) 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. CST. 2. 2.This is a NON SMOKING house. However ther are designated smoking areas are on front or back porches and outside sitting areas you are responsible for cleaning up after the smokers staying at the house and any guest that visit you at the house. 3.Housebroken Pets are permitted in the house if arrangements have been made. Any accidentally damages that might occur during your stay will be charged back to you damage issue is available should you want to buy it. We will only consider vacationing students or singles under 23 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. Parents of students must sign rental agreement. a. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash container. Trash pickup is on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please have container by road for pickup. Not cleaning up after you or your guest will result in additional charges. b. Any dishes used are cleaned prior to leaving the house. Leaving unclean dishes will result in additional cleaning fees. c. Laundry is placed in washing machine. Starting the washer would be appreciated but not required. d. All keys are left back in lock box unit is left locked. e. No linens are lost or damaged. f. NO Early check-in or late check-out g. Parking in front of the house or on side of house.
