My husband and I had a wonderful time @ this property. Parking was simple and the bus/lightrail was convenient. The bed was so comfortable that we actually slept in for the first time in years. The studio was clean, quiet and private. The hot tub was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again. Thanks!

A jewel! The owner very helpful on local sites, etc. She is a treasure and has become a friend. The unit is new and cozy, has nice bathroom, kitchen and bed. Cool eating area and TV watching, also outdoor sitting and hot tub! All great and perfectly located for us,near a great eating place and in easy walking distance from grocery store, also bus line is across the street and,is really quite wonderful for seeing the city. Parking available nearby. Seattle downtown is very nice with ferries easily available for visit of Puget Sound islands. People in Seattle know how to eat! We're moving here.

Our second time here and will certainly come again. Fantastic location, walking distance to Lake Washington to see Sea Fair, walking distance to the best little bistro, right on the bus line if you like public transport, easy parking if you have a car. Sweet little studio with all the amenities.

Excellent accommodation in a great location. We hired a car and found getting around easy and very quick. The light rail is also pretty close by as are buses (we caught the light rail and parked at the station). Aparment is well equipped with everything we needed including washing machine and dryer. Shops and restaurants are also very close and the neighbourhood is very very pretty with many lovely homes. Owner provided lots of useful information prior to arrival too.

This rental apartment far exceded my expectations. Everything was clean and after staying in multiple VRBO units I really appreciate that we could use the washer and dryer; there was toilet paper and other conveniences. The binder was very helpful. We enjoyed using your guest terrace and hot tub And your close proximity to Lake Washington is such a bonus!

Thank you for letting us use your ladders and bucket. You were very helpful to us...I am grateful that L. found your place-it was convenient to many of us, including L.-she had her hair fixed and changed into her wedding dress. (The wedding was down the street in the Mt. Baker Clubhouse).

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. We had coffee and many meals at Mioposto down the street The park across the street was really lovely and your location was so perfectly close to everything. We will definitely be returning soon!

My husband and I stayed here for our very first ever visit to Seattle. The unit was clean, spacious and perfect for our needs. The bus stops right outside the front gate and the lite rail is a very short walk through the neighborhood. Access to downtown Seattle couldn't have been easier. Thanks for sharing your home away from home.

My husband and I recently visited Seattle for the first time and we had a great stay in the PlumbSuite. We rented a car and the location was an easy and quick drive into downtown. We also rode the train a couple of times and it was easy and inexpensive! There is a bus stop in front of the house, too. So, lots of transportation options. This is a small, clean and cute apartment. The neighborhood is super nice and quaint. We especially loved walking to the coffee shop on the corner and then taking our coffee to the nearby park and beach. It's very close to Cloumbia City which has a great farmers market, shops, restaurants and bars. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation! The fresh cut yellow roses decorating the nightstand were a special touch! The owner was helpful and available for anything that we needed while giving us total privacy.

This very well-appointed studio was a perfect home away from home for the several nights I spent there recently. The charming, and very helpful polyglot owner has made every effort to provide a cozy and comfortable environment for visitors. The Mount Baker area is close to everything, but secluded enough to provide even the most demanding traveller with highly desired peace and serenity following a tiring day of sight-seeing. The nearby parks made for pleasant cycling, and the charming Italian café just a stone's throw away made for surprisingly good dining experiences. I would, and do highly and eagerly recommend this lovely pied-a-terre to anyone, and hope to find it available when I'm next in the Seattle area. Bravo! Je suis ravi d'avoir visité cette belle maison!

My husband and I stayed in this excellent studio suite for a week while house-hunting in the Seattle, WA area and what a great find this was! Suzanna was very accommodating. The studio is exactly what we needed - it is not too big, but it has everything you need in a great space - bed, TV, sitting room, breakfast bar, full shower/bath, and kitchen! The hot tub was really nice after a long day looking at homes. The location is great - very close to Lake Washington (walk around!!) and close to I-5, I-90 and other ways to get into downtown Seattle. It was really refreshing to find such a nice place to stay for our first adventure to Washington.

My friend and I came to Seattle for a quick trip and found this place to be just what we needed. Suzanna was very helpful and accommodating. The neighborhood is in a great location - just a short trip from downtown, about 10 minutes from the airport, close to some great cafes and coffee shops, and within walking distance from the lake. The bed was really comfortable as well. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and probably will!

my partner and I were the first to stay in this cozy comfortable suite. location is close to downtown and transit and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood looking at the old homes. the kitchen was great for cooking our own meals and it was nice to have access to the enclosed hot tub located on the side of the house. the bed was very comfortable and the suite is nicely decorated. We'd stay there again.
