This is a two bedroom/ two bath condo located in The Glen on Sugar Mountain. Walking distance to ski (not a ski in/ ski out), golf and tennis. This is the best location on Sugar with beautiful wooded/ golf course views yet a 5 minute drive to grocery stores, shopping and excellent restaurants.
Relax on the covered porch with a morning cup of coffee while listening to the mountain stream, or sit by the fireplace with a glass of wine while watching the snow fall. As mentioned there are many restaurants located nearby or fully equipped kitchen for dining in.
The condo is tastefully decorated and was updated in 2010 with new appliances, hardwood flooring, granite countertops and new paint. The unit is one floor and bedrooms are roomy with TV's in each room. First bedroom contains connecting bathroom and second bedroom shares full bathroom in hallway. Both bedrooms contain queen size beds. The living room also has a comfy pull out sofa. Perfect for two couples or a small family.
Banner Elk is a 5 minute drive, Blowing Rock is a 25 minute drive and Linville Falls are 15 minutes away. Hiking, skiing, tennis, golf and shopping are all literally minutes away.

Wonderful location, nicely furnished and spacious! We had the best time at sugar mountain and could not have asked for more! We plan on renting this condo again in the future!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

What a wonderful place to spend time on the slopes! The condo is beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of home. Beautifully decorated, cozy, plenty of room for four adults. Great access to the slopes, skating, and tubing. We didn't feel like we were in a condo but an in English Cottage. With a gorgeous fireplace, a beautiful wooded view from the deck, and all the amenities of home, we cant wait to go back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
