Our first floor corner condominium will give you a full 62 feet of wrap around lanai to relax and enjoy from sunrise to sunset. On the lani you have the option of dropping screens to escape the heat of the day if needed. This home is located in the quiet, rear building away from the traffic and pool noise surrounded by tropical landscaping.
Our newly remodeled unit consists of a master bedroom with a California king-size bed and sliding door access to the lanai, and a new queen-size bed in the tropically-appointed guest bedroom. Both of the full bathrooms feature marble counters with the master bath having also the washer and dryer.
The living room and dining room area has three sliding doors to enter the lanai. Bamboo sliding blinds complete the tropical decor. We have comfortable leather furniture with cool tile floors throughout. Relax with the 42" flat screen television. Each of the two bedrooms and dining area have remote controlled fans.
The kitchen is also tiled with all the full conveniences of home.
