This first floor, corner unit provides a full 62 feet of wrap around lanai with wonderful trade winds to relax and enjoy from sunrise to sunset. It is located in the quiet, rear building away from the traffic and pool noise. It is surrounded by tropical landscaping.
The unit's master bedroom has a California king-size bed with sliding door access to the lanai. There is a queen-size bed in the tropically-appointed guest bedroom. Both of the full bathrooms feature marble counters. The master bath has a washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have fans for your added comfort.
The living room and dining room areas have three sliding doors to the lanai. There is a ceiling fan in the living area. The living room furniture is comfortable leather and the floors are cool travertine tile. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with everything you need.
There is a 42" flat screen TV with DVD player in the living area. A second TV is located in the Master Bedroom.
