  I would like to say this is a great condo and a great place. I had a wonderful time, it is across the street from the beach, down the street from the Intercoastal to watch the boats go in and out. It is a beautiful place and very relaxing. The condo is very bright, clean, and roomy. The property is private with a front patio with a cute yard with palm trees, and just a few hundred feet from the beach. There is a great marina up the street that has festivals, and a great restaurant. I would recommend anyone I know to visit, and I have already booked for next year, and will be visiting again before then. You will love this place. You won't want to leave.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

  Rented this condo, Dec 26 to jan 1 2012. Just a short walk to the beach which is vary nicely located near bathrooms, Wings store, and cute little bar restaurant for all of the family. What you see on pictures is even better then what you get. Spacious. Lots of closet room. Chairs, cooler, towels, etc.. all there. Condo was a great size for all 4 of us! Clean. Caretaker super nice! The washer and dryer was a great thing to have available. Parking for 2 cars. Near Publix great new grocery store. Makes grocery fun!! Even kids enjoyed. Great walkways to have a morning run or walk around the marina or around the beach area. Not noisy at all and great neighbors. Easy to get there too from 95. Great holiday! Thanks again!!

  love the apartment, just as described. You can actually walk to the beach. Its clean, well-equipped and cozy, and the rooms are comfortable central a/c and internet works great i definitely recommend this apartment. Everything is near by. Thanks for as long as we keep vacationing in Florida and this place is available we would not stay anywhere else.

  This condo was a perfect fit for our vacation in Florida. Very clean and comfortable and condo was full of extra amenities. A block to a wonderful beach. Near shopping, restaurants and any type of entertainment you desired. If I return to that area for any amount of time, I hope to stay at this condo again...
