6-night minimun stay required, and one-time cleaning fee is $95.00
25% deposit is required with reservation, balance to be paid 60 days prior to
arrival. If you must cancel, please give 30-day notice in order to receive
refund. Deposit is not refundable ( unless is re-rented)
The rate is for (2) guests. Addional guest is $15 extra per person per day.
