The Sand Castle and Surf and Sand Oceanfront have 12 bedroom areas combined (10 conventional bedrooms plus den and studio sleeping areas with sofa beds and privacy doors) and 8.5 bathrooms
Surf and Sand Oceanfront is located direct oceanfront, on the sand on A St. The Sand Castle is located second house from oceanfront on the next street, 1st Ln. just steps away! Both houses can be easily accessed and are within line of sight.
The location of these houses cannot be beat. Five restaurants, live music, surfboard, bike and kayak rental, trolley to town, surfing lessons as well as a restaurant with a pool, all within one block!
