Come enjoy life on the water! Our beach home sits in Coronado Cays, a tranquil waterfront community with 24 hour guarded access. Your vacation in Coronado will be filled with beautiful sunsets, beach and water fun and a peaceful relaxation. The two story home was beautifully rebuilt in 2009 with three bedrooms, a den, living room and family room. It is perfect for families with the world famous Silver Strand Beach, the San Diego Bay, huge parks, tennis courts and Loews Resort all within steps.
This brand new vacation home is on a quiet cul de sac surrounded by waterways. It is an open floor plan with a large living space and bright kitchen. It is all customized with brand new upgraded appliances, granite and quartz countertops and hardwood flooring throughout. The master suite has a queen bed, gas fireplace and large flat screen TV, balcony, large walk-in closets, and a custom bathroom with a large soaking tub and shower and twin sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom sleeps two and has its own full bathroom off of the hallway. The den has a day bed which sleeps two, plus a couch and gaming center.
The home boasts upgrades throughout. Air conditioned, HiSpeed WiFi, 50'HD, BlueRay/DVD, theater surrounds in 2 entertainment areas, wired HiFi sound throughout house. Attached two car garage is stocked with bikes, surf boards, boogie boards, kite board, sports and water sport equipment. Yard has trampoline, tetherball, and relaxing patio furniture. The home is solar powered with endless hot water.
All Coronado Cays amenities are available including nearby pool, tennis courts and miles of beautiful beach for running and walking, surfing and kite-boarding. Both beach and bay are only steps away, as is Loews Resort with restaurants, romantic Gondola rides, spa and jet ski and watercraft rental.
Your beach days will include finding many sand dollars, seeing dolphins playing nearby, sunsets - perhaps even with a green flash and family memories never to be forgotten.
Deep water dock and ski boat available for an extra fee with appropriate waivers. Dock includes kayak and rowing shell.
