Sunny 33sqm studio is located on the 2nd floor walk up of a very charming building facing the courtyard with digicode, in the 3rd arrondissement, in the Marais. This apartment welcomes up to 3 guests and is very quiet.
Your apartment is very quiet and is facing the courtyard with 3 large windows.
The living area is furnished with a sofa bed for 1 guests and a coffee table. A folding dining table and 3 chairs are available. At your disposal a flat screen television, INTERNET (Wifi + DSL) and many built in wall closets.
The sleeping area has a double bed.
The opened kitchen is fully equipped, with 2 vitroceramic plates, a combined oven/microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing/drying machine, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, dishes as well as an iron and its board.

I have stayed in this studio for a week with my fiance, we had a great time. The apartment is really nice and well located (it's facing courtyard so it was very quiet), it's well equipped enough for a week stay in Paris we didn't cook that much. The booking process was nice (I also booked a ride to and from the airport) and we were able to pay by credit card. My wife and I stayed one week in November 2012 and had a great time. The flat is well furnished, quiet and nicely equipped we didn’t cook that much anyway (it was great to have WiFi to set up visits everyday). The booking process was good, some paperwork to do but it was okay, the company has some great reviews for many flats on serious websites So we felt confident. We will definitely stay in the Marais again, hopefully in this flat or in one of them closeby.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

I stayed with my wife and son in January in this Marais apartment for a week. The location is great, really in central Paris we had all the shops around, groceries, bakeries (fresh croissant in the morning) and supermarket. That was convenient as we stayed home at night most of the time. The flat is very quiet facing a courtyard. The area is lively so for people willing to go out often you’ll find many restaurants, or take away. For the visits, you have many sights around and the subway stops are pretty convenient to visit. The booking process was smooth, it was great to have someone local to help us set up everything. I would definitely recommend this flat and company for a stay in Paris. Our stay in September was great!! The apartment was wonderful and I loved that it was close to everything you could need. The metro was also very close so it made the days we didn’t walk very easy. There really werent any negatives about the apartment. It was quiet at night.
