Casa De Las Tortugas

Casa de las Tortugas is a new home located on a quiet residential street.  Shopping, restaurants, local stores, a major grocery store, a park, and the ocean are all just a few blocks away!  Be sure to take advantage of this centralized location and bike, walk, or take a car to check out all of the amazing experiences local Cozumel has to offer.  Only one block away is a taxi depot, where you can catch a taxi at any time of day, and through the evening hours. There’s a lot to see and do in San Miguel, so take advantage of this great location and get out there!  If you choose to rent a car during your stay, the house also has a secure parking garage.  The house’s stunning architecture is what first catches your eye.  The modern, two-story layout comes with a small backyard courtyard, terrace with BBQ, and pool to enjoy Cozumel’s enticing weather.  There is a gated entrance in front of your front door along garage to ensure your safety and security.  On the main floor of the house, you'll find a comfortable living area with two couches, an easy chair, an LCD TV with English-channel programming including HBO, a DVD player, and Internet WiFi. Also on the main floor is the dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, a variety of small appliances, a chilled water cooler, and all the plates and utensils you'll need for a comfortable vacation or long-term stay. The dining room has a large table with seating for six.  Simply furnished but tastefully decorated, Casa de las Tortugas has tiled floors throughout, beautiful hardwood furniture, and even talavera tiled sink and mirror in the master bathroom.  Upstairs are three bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The large master bedroom, which overlooks the pool and back yard, has a king-size bed, a TV, a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a soaking tub.  The other two bedrooms have queen-size beds. These bedrooms have balconies overlooking the front of the house. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with a shower, ceiling fans and individual AC units. The ample number of bedrooms and bathrooms, accommodating up to six, makes Casas de las Tortugas perfect for family reunions or group getaways.  Enjoy Cozumel while vacationing in your own, private home—cooking meals with local ingredients, leisurely strolling the streets of San Miguel, and taking a dip in your pool will make you feel like a Cozumeleño in no time!
