.This apartment has recently undergone a complete re-model. Everything is brand new and finished to a high standard, including new bathrooms, new fully equipped kitchen, new laundry , new wooden floors and it is very spacious with over 85 square meters of space.
.A large open plan living and kitchen provide lots of sun and stunning views of the lake. As the window stretches 3 metres across, it dominates the lounge/living and kitchen as it is all open plan and it is mesmerising to watch the view change throughout the day from sunrise to sunset.
There is both internet and cable TV with surround sound system and a selection of DVDs to watch as well as a small library of books to read.
It's located in a quiet street just 3 blocks from the civic center of Bariloche in an area popular with international tourists. It is a safe and well sought after area as it is quiet with incredible views and yet so close to the heart of the city with its hundreds of bars ,micro breweries, restaurants and a tourist sites. It has safe parking for those who arrive by or rent a car as well as being a short walk to the bus stops.
After moving here from the UK almost 7 years ago I will be more than pleased to help guide you to make the very best of your stay here. I recently bought this beautiful apartment and would be very proud to share it and this wonderful area of the world with you. Families with young children are very welcome and I have a lot of information on child orientated activities as well as all the other tourist activities on offer.

If you want to stay within walking distance of all of the great restaurants and shopping in Bariloche this is the place to be. The views are spectacular and you are a quick walk to everything downtown. The apartment has everything you would need and was very comfortable. Claire was a pleasure to work with and gave us a great suggestion for a hike that we ended up loving. She also explained the bus system to us which made it really easy to get out of town to see some other sights as well since we did not have a car. Perfect apartment for what we wanted: very big, clean, quiet, great condition, excellent location and a lovely host. And yes, the view is real (we were skeptical!) and adds to the entire experience. 2 bedrooms - 1 with a very large king bed and the other with 2 single beds. 2 full bathrooms, large living/dining area and full kitchen. The entire apartment is fully equipped. Sleeps 4 very comfortably and a 5th can sleep on the living room sofa. Claire was fantastic. Our flight was delayed but she stayed waiting for us and was pre-armed with very helpful resources (maps, logistics, advice/recommendations, etc). She's even thought out little details like a pre-charged bus card, some laundry detergent and coffee in the house. We arrived at 11pm and were ready to go enjoy our holiday first thing in the morning. Couldn't have asked for more and will definitely stay here again when we return. About the owner: Originally from the UK I fell in love with Bariloche years ago when I came to work here as a snowboard instructor. Three months after my beautiful daughter Luna was born we decided to come here to live . Seven years later we are still here enjoying the fantastic nature and adventure orientated lifestyle that we left the UK to find. I recently acquired this beautiful apartment and enjoying hosting the people who choose to stay here. I feel proud to share both my apartment and the beautiful area I chose to finally settle down in with others.
