  We have been coming to this location for a couple of years now and truly believe we will be coming for many many many more years to come. Location is great and the accomodations are super. I have three three girls ranging from 8-12 and they love the property and all it has too offer. Mike Bailey

  The rental looked great in the photos, but we were very disappointed when we arrived. Our room wasn't cleaned properly, we didn't have any clean towels, or bed linens/pillows for the sofa sleeper. The condo was smaller than expected. The Grand Panama advertises shopping at its exclusive shops, but when we went to shop the advertised shops we found zero were still in business. We made the most of our stay, but I was very disappointed in the rental. if your expecting a great nights sleep, reconsider! The beds are spring beds, and they hurt. I woke up every morning hurting! No refreshing mornings for this vacationer. Lucky for me we rented chairs on the beach which were much more comfortable than the bedding the condo.

  Owner response: I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay.... I spoke with housekeeping and they expressed that they were indeed late with getting your Unit ready because it was the 4th of July turnover. They had over 100 units to flip that day. It is especially hard when the guest is eager to check in Early. I will be going to Panama City next week and will stay in this Unit to make sure everything is up to par. I spoke with the Bailey family after their stay and they said that the bedding was fine, but I do believe in checking things for myself. I do pride myself on each family having a positive experience and was quiet surprised by my first negative review. I only wished you had called me, so that I could take care of any concerns you had before you posted such a response. I cannot help you if I do not know there is an issue...Just saying.... I hope you will allow me the chance to make it up to you at some point in the future. Thanks for your candidness... Lynn L. Bush

  Everything was exactly as shown in the listing. A light over the dining table would have been nice. The owner was very friendly and helpful about all aspects of our stay there. It was clean and well maintained. I would certainly recomment this property to a friend. The security was good. The only problem we had was getting the code for the door to the condo. Sterling Resorts policy of waiting until 24 hours before arrival was a problem as we were on the road and access was not good. Having said all that we have never been in PCB during spring break and we were appalled. The kids take over everything and are loud and messy. Panama Beach Resort played rock music very loud every afternoon and there was other music playing from 10 in the morning until 10 at night. Very annoying especially if you are on the second floor as we were. I found it interesting that there is not a single sign or mention in any literature about dogs on the beach. But we found it is definitely not allowed. I do not think it is a place we would come back to during the month of March.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

  Owner response: Dear Gloria, I am glad you liked the Condo, and sad you did not enjoy the festive atmosphere. To be quiet honest, this is generally why we do not rent the month of March to "snowbirds". The generation gap between Spring Breaker's and some of the Snowbirds seeking refuge from the cold, can often clash. It is most unfortunate. I used to frequenty Panama City as a teenager and LOVE reliving that experience now that I am older. But I do understand now, that I guess not everyone sees it that way. Thanks for giving me Kudo's on our home and I hope you find a more suitable atmosphere next year. Lynn~

• Beautiful condo!!

  My husband, two teens and I really enjoyed staying in this unit. The condo is beautifully decorated and is very comfortable. It has a great view of the pool and beach! The Grand Panama is absolutely one the nicest resort buildings in PCB. It is very close to Pier Park that has shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater. I highly recommend this property!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
