SUNSETS & SERENITY is a beautiful log cabin in the Smoky Mtns. of TN. with an awesome view and gorgeous stacked stone fireplace w/electric log insert. It offers upscale decor with beautiful furniture, 2 top of the line King Size Beds in each of the enclosed master suites (one w/2 person jacuzzi tub) along with a queen sized bed in the loft; 4 Flat Screen TVs, all with dvd players; mahogany slate pool table w/pearl inlaid design; arcade game boasting 60 games (sure to please all ages); all Stainless Steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen;and Hot Tub that sits on the wrap-around deck overlooking the most stunning Smoky Mtn. views.
The following are just a few suggestions as to how you might spend your time while visiting our beautiful cabin and this wonderful area: You may want to start your mornings with a hot cup of coffee on the deck sitting on the brand new log furniture overlooking a glorious mountain view and listening to the birds chirp, and the wind rustling through the trees. Next up, how about a day of fun @ Dollywood or Splash Country (approx. 8 mi); or maybe a hike to Rainbow Falls; or for the more adventurous, how about rafting the white water of the Pigeon River, or zip down the mountain on a zipline? There's always the Tanger Outlet mall for a day of shopping (approx. 5 mi) or drive to Gatlinburg (9 mi) and enjoy the Arts & Crafts District, a drive on the scenic parkway or ski the slopes. Whatever your pleasure, you are sure to find it in this area. We have everything from the Smoky Mtn. National Park, Titanic Museum, putt-putt, go-kart racing to simulated skydiving and much more.
If you'd like to spend a day in the cabin relaxing, reach for a good book and cuddle up in front of the fireplace on the comfy leather sofa with a plush throw or sit out in one of the adirondack rockers and rock the day away, enjoying the beautiful peaceful surroundings. Maybe you'd prefer to watch one of our dvds on one of the 4 Flat Screen TVs in the cabin.
After a fun filled day, you might want to prepare a home cooked meal in the well equipped kitchen or cook a steak on the charcoal grill. Then, there's no better way to relax after an activity filled day than to soak in the hot tub while watching the sun melt into the mountains. Sunsets & Serenity will surely satisfy your every desire.

We found the cabin to be as advertised and enjoyed our stay very much. It is nicely located somewhat remotely for privacy but close enough to Pigeon Forge for convenience and access to all the locations there and in Gatlinburg. (Should mention that the aquarium in Gatlinburg is really outstanding.) Very nice deck surrounded by trees, with a new hot tub. The accommodations were just about right for 2 couples. We made good use of the pool table and game console. The owner, Kimberly, was very nice to deal with and straightforward on the cabin, etc. Definitely recommend the cabin.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

We were very pleased with the location of the property, it offered all the amenities that it listed and was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. This is a property we would recommend and personally rent again. This was our 5th visit to the area and our stay this time was as enjoyable as past visits. The Titanic musem attraction is a must see. Restaurants are abundant and you will surely find plenty that please. We are now planning another trip to the area this fall, which is also a wonderful time to go.Did you find this review helpful? Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your cabin. We certainly enjoyed our stay. It was everything the pictures represented, and so much more. We absolutely loved the privacy of the cabin location, and definitely enjoyed the beautiful view from your porch. The furnishings were top-of-the-line, and my husband and I enjoyed the pool table and video games as much as our daughter did. We enjoyed the short drive to Pigeon Forge for shopping, eating, and entertainment, but enjoyed our quiet time at the cabin even more. Only regret I have is that we did not book for more days. I certainly was not ready to leave when the time came. We are already looking ahead for our 2012/2013 school calendar in hopes that we can reserve your cabin next year during Thanksgiving week. Thanks again, The Thrasher's Belmont, MSRecommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Pigeon Forge:
We chose to buy a cabin in this area because there are more activities to appeal to a broader group of individuals than anywhere else. You have everything you need for nature lovers, adventure seekers and crafters, etc. and there is no better place to relax. There is something spiritual about the mountains and after spending time here, I feel my spirit is renewed and refreshed. Oh yeah, and last but not least, it is one of the most beautiful places on the earth! For us, owning a cabin in the Smoky Mountains is truly a dream come true!
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
Our cabin has gorgeous views. The furnishings are comfortable and luxurious. The location is ideal as it is close to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and all attractions. We hope to make this a much more personal experience and want you to return time and again.
The cabin is private, cozy, beautiful... A perfect getaway! A note to nature lovers: one morning while having coffee, a bald eagle settled on a branch 20 feet off our deck. Truly a beautiful sight!
