Our Wren Dr house is five rows from beach. This 2650 sq foot executive home is 'an oasis on earth'. Has all the goodies inside and a private 15x25 pool (can be heated for an additional fee) Beware of other houses with tiny 4x12 pools. It is a quiet neighborhood but so close to the beach and all the amenities. The tall sea pines offer the privacy of the outdoors. May 2004 complete interior renovation The kitchen and all baths are new, even new furniture inside and out. The area's finest interior designer's style reflects the low country style. Walk to tennis or golf!
It is ideal for 2-10 people and offers TWO master bedrooms with a king bed in one and a queen in the other master. The other bedrooms have two twins a piece. Cable TV and DVD/VCR in both master bedrooms and tv's in the other bedrooms. High speed internet wireless and is fax machine is there.
You will enjoy overlooking the pool from the deck or the great room. It has a enclosed double carport. Everything a young family to grand parents might need a wagon for beach , toys etc.
It is quiet, but you are only a half mile from golf, tennis, and the Salty Dog Cafe, other restraunts, The General Store,bike rental, playground and South Beach Marina. It is also three-fourth miles to South Beach Racquet Club (tennis clinics and lessons all day) Golf is maybe a mile away. Sea Pines is known for its bike paths 100' away. The new granite+ marble kitchen has a breakfast area. YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!
