Large 3-4 bedroom family holiday home set on 2.5 acres of bushland bordering the Hat Head National Park towards the top of Smoky Mountain only a 4 km drive to Trial Bay or Little Bay beaches at Arakoon.
Relax on either of the large decks, one facing North to lay in the sun with filtered views to Trial Bay and Grassy Heads and the other facing the West to take in the magnificent sunsets over the mountains.
Upstairs at Arakoon Heights has modern furnishings and kitchen with dishwasher, large flat screen TV, DVD player (with a selection of DVDs), an extra TV for the kids, main bathroom with huge shower and bath, reverse cycle air-conditioning, gas BBQ and outdoor setting on the wrap around deck.
Downstairs has fourth bedroom/rumpus room (with sofa bed), second bathroom, laundry with washing machine and dryer and internal access to the single garage.
Arakoon Heights also provides for small children with a porta cot and booster seat for dinner time
A short 6.5 km drive to either the centre of the South West Rocks and town beaches or to Smoky Cape lighthouse for a picnic or BBQ.
