Set on a shady and private compound, the villa consists of three separate buildings. The main building houses three of the bedrooms and the living facilities. The two other buildings have a bedroom in each as well as double beds, sofas, air-conditioning and fans, TV units, cupboards with iron/board, kitchens, and bathrooms.The outside grounds of the villa are quiet, peaceful and shady. There is a private pool measuring 7 by 3 meters around which are four comfortable sun loungers. There is also a gravel yard on which there is space for drying washing and a car port with adjoining storeroom. The car port can hold up to five cars. The location is great for those looking for some quiet time, whilst being close enough to more lively activities. Located close by are a number of popular beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.LocationLocated at the village of Nai Harn, the area is quiet and tranquil. The villa itself lies within a private estate. There are a number of options when it comes to beaches. Within 2-3km are Nai Harn, Yanui and Jungle beaches, all of which boast glorious beaches where guests can both swim and relax. At 2km away is Rawai Beach which offers guests fine-dining options at any of the seafood restaurants that are based there. Nightlife can also be found, along with massage shops, sea gypsy stalls and markets. Everyday items can be purchased at any of the local mini-marts or restaurants that are a short drive or walk from the villa. Rawai also allows guests to rent boats and go off exploring the surrounding Thai islands. For those looking for organized daytrips, Chalong Pier is ten minutes by car and there a number of boat operators can take you diving, snorkeling or sailing.
Accomodation
Bedrooms. The main building hosts the three main bedrooms. Bedroom one comes with an impressive 4-poster double bed that is draped with gold lace netting, a truly exhilarating item. The room also has air-con and a fan, a dressing table, bedside cabinets en-suite bathroom.Bedroom two has twin single beds, air-con and fans, a dressing table and lots of wardrobe space. Bedroom three is a double room with double bed, air-con fan, two side tables and a dressing table. These bedrooms cater perfectly for families. The two bedrooms found in the separate apartments both have comfortable double beds.
Bathrooms. The villa has three en-suite bathrooms and a guest bathroom. The master bedroom en-suite has a large, stylish bathtub which is the perfect place to end a day in the sun in. All bathrooms have showers, wash basins and toilets.
Dining Room. Dining can be done in a number of places in the villa. There is an outdoor terrace area upon which is a dining table that can seat eight people. A fan is situated above the table to keep guests cool. Close to hear is a utility room with safe, washing machine and ironing board. In the kitchen there is a set of four stools and there is also a spare table nearby. The separate apartments do not have dining rooms.
Kitchen. There are kitchens in both the main building and in the two separate apartments. The main kitchen has a microwave, electric cooker, ventilator, oven, toaster, mixer, kettle, double fridge, double sink, dish-washing machine and lots of utensil. The kitchens in the two separate apartments are also well equipped, with a microwave, toaster, kettle and a double fridge found in each.
Living Rooms. The main buildings lounge has a Thai theme and contains Thai triangle cushions as well as a range of replica antiques. Seating is provided by the comfortable six-seater sofa and there is also a low coffee table, big TV, DVD player, speakers, fan air-con.The separate apartment lounges have large LCD TVs and DVD players. Guests can choose from over 200 DVDs and books.
