The condo is conveniently located 5 minutes from Ponte Vedra Beach and 10 minutes to Sawgrass TPC. It is 10 minutes to Mayo Clinic. It is 10 minutes to Adventure Landing Water Park, which has go-karts, putt putt golf, laser tag, etc. Enjoy golf courses, movie theatres, restaurants, spas, and upscale shopping in Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, Neptune Beach, and Atlantic Beach.
If you want to venture a bit farther for fun, the condo is 45 minutes to historic St Augustine where you can visit the lighthouse, old fort, Lightner Museum, George Street, and World Golf Village (with the International Golf Hall of Fame and IMAX Theatre). It is 45 minutes to charming Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach. It is 2.5 hours to Orlando where you can enjoy Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. This condo is even prettier in person. It is nicely decorated and well kept. The view is gorgeous! She has everything you will need to have a relaxing week at the beach. We have lived near the beach most of our lives, but recently moved away. We stayed there on our first visit home and loved every minute of it! Our kids, ages 12, 10, 6, loved the condo and the pool and beach were perfect entertainment. It's close to restaurants and Publix for groceries. We can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed there for my 50th birthday. It was perfect with beautiful sunrises and beautiful moonrises. Had enough room for my teen sons and also room for elderly Mom. Loved it all!! Owner has so many extras there in case you forget or need anything. Want to go back for every special occasion!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

Great view of the beach with sun and moon rise over the ocean. Very clean with lots of room. Will love to stay there again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with young children, age 55+.

Jacksonville Beach is the perfect location for fun and relaxation. We have a young son and he loves the beach and all of the fun things to do in the area. There is a park close by with lots of ducks and birds to feed, tennis courts close by, state parks to explore, golfing, spas, shopping , movie theaters, etc. We love to drive to Orlando for the day, go to Disney or Universal and then come back home to the beach. Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine, and Amelia Island are close and fun to visit with plenty to do for kids and for grown-ups.
