  What a fantastic 3 weeks we had in the villa. We have all been to Florida a few times and can honestly say this is the best we have ever stayed in. The place felt like home from home, thank you Ken and Sarah for making it perfect for us. Your villa is fabulous and I hope you don't mind but we have already given your website to a number of people. No criticisms at all, you have thought of everything to make any one's holiday perfect. The MacGregor's, The McGuiness's & The Warks from Bonnie Scotland xxx Our stay at Serendipity Villa has been just perfect. From our first email all the way through you have been prompt, pleasant and totally accommodating. I truly felt I was coming to meet a new friend. Your home is gorgeous, and I marvel at your thoughtfulness with all the details that made our stay so wonderful. I hope someday we can meet again.   I can't begin to tell you how wonderful it was to deal with such two wonderful people, Ken and Sarah. Where can you go on vacation and have an Easter egg hunt and chocolate bunnies setup for the kids for Easter. They just go out of there way to make sure your vacation is the greatest. Now to the house,when we arrived everything was just perfect, we had 7 adults and 3 children and we did not get in one anothers way during the whole week. The house has everything you could ever need, they haven't forgotten one thing. The whole family enjoyed the heated pool, the great game room and the huge living room where we could all gather and all fit. The hot tub was wonderful after a day at the parks, which were so close to the house. The location is perfect, to parks, restaurants and to the town Celebration which is really great to walk around. I can't thank them enough for making our vacation such a wonderful one. My grandchildren keep saying they want to go back to their Florida home. When we do go back to disney we will be back at Sarah and Kens home. This house is a must for people with a family, it's home away from home and they make you feel that way. It was really great that we were able to meet them during our stay. Thank you again!!! P.S The house was everything that you see in the listing and more!!!

  What a treat to stay at this house. The owners were wonderful to deal with. We were at the end of our vacation in Sarasota and found ourselves stuck for few extra days due to snow storm back home and all our flights were canceled. So we decide to find a place in Orlando area to see the sights with our 3 year old daughter. When given lemons make lemonade they say. So we searched for a house to stay last minute. Found this ad and looked pretty good so we booked it. Unfortunately the house was not available for one day so the owner rented us another house few miles away until we can get into this house. The first house was really comfortable. Nice gated neighborhood. Great place to relax. After one day there we checked in to this house. Wow. The house was so well kept and nicely designed and decorated. Fully stocked kitchen, big living room, clean and big bedrooms, kids rooms and the best room my daughter and I liked the most was the FUN room. Pool table, air hockey, two video game consoles, supper size TVs, heated swimming pool, hot tub, literally hundreds of dvd, books, kids toys…… the last day we were at this house we decide to stay in instead of going to Disney. Everything you need was there so why leave the house. We must have swam for hours all hours of the day. This house is so close to Disney, children’s zoo and all types of restaurants and attractions. Outside of NYC I never saw so many restaurant in one row. We went to two restaurants when we were there Mexican and Arabic. Amazing authentic food. We eat out too much back home so we pretty familiar with ethnic food and these restaurants pretty much put them the shame. Bottom line is if we go back to central Florida we will go back to this house. The owner put a lot of thought in this house. Extremely kid friendly but great for adults too. Don’t need to bring much if you go there. Just a swinging trunks and food. Everything else is there. As a family we travel 5-6 times a year all over the country and world. I would have to say this house had everything we needed. Best is the owners care and you can see it in their properties they rent. We will definitely come back.

  We have been to DisneyWorld every year for the last 17 years. Our family has now grown to include grandchildren ansd son inlaws so it is more difficult to find the right spot at the parks. What a wonderful solution for our family holiday. From the beginning with the welcome basket through the use of the swimming pool and the game room, the very comfortable beds and finally a kitchen ready to cook in, it was magnificent. If you actually use the TomTom provided you are 6.5 minutes from Magic Kingdom. If you are taking a large group this will meet your needs. Did I mention very clean and quiet as well.

  Our family reunion was a great success, we all enjoyed our stay in the Serendipity Villa. There was plenty of room for everyone, we especially enjoyed swimming in the heated pool after the long days on our feet. The game room was fun for the entire group, the 4 year old enjoyed playing Foos ball and Air Hockey, or board games with the entire group. Everyone congregated in the game room each night for Air Hockey, Foos Ball, Billiards, Music and conversation. When not enjoying the game room, we also gathered in the Living Room for conversation and TV, and also enjoyed the screened patio and pool area for outdoor grilling, swimming, and hot tub. The house was so convenient and organized, we were able to find what we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed several family dinners and breakfasts together, Anything that we could possibly need was available: a well equipped kitchen, an amazing selection of Movies, Music, Games, a computer and printer, TVs in every room. even a Gas BBQ in the screened pool area. The towels and bedding are high quality, too. It was great to have use of the Washer and Dryer, too, this allowed us to pack light. The floor-plan is excellent, allowing for maximum privacy when one wants to take some quiet time, all on a single level - no stairs to climb. The weather was wonderful, it only drizzled a few minutes during our stay, The drive to Disney World is very short and pleasant on your short-cut route, we also visited the Kennedy Space Center - that was one of the highlights of our vacation. So much to see and do in the Orlando area, we hope to return for another wonderful family reunion at the Serendipity Villa. Thanks, Sarah and Ken, you are running a first class property. I had many questions, and you patiently explained the entire rental process. What a joy it was to stay in your villa, everyone is still talking about the fun we had.

  I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. This year, 2012, was our fifth time at Serendipity and it feels very much like home. The villa is well appointed with great facilities, including new domestic appliances and great themed bedrooms for the children. General decor is excellent and the villa is well kept and is clearly above others that seem to be available in this area. It is close to all the parks and in easy distance of great restaurants and shopping. On top of all this the service we receive from the villa owners and the local management is top quality and makes the whole experience just so great. We're already looking forward to our sixth trip - the only down side is that we can't get to stay as often as we'd like!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  This is the second time staying here, and I'm sure it won't be our last. Sarah and Ken have outdone themselves providing such a wonderfully themed house, from the tastefully and whimsical decorations to the welcome basket with snacks and the essentials to get you by until you can get to the store. The house was in immaculate condition, and the customer service provided by the owners was outstanding.

  My family and I greatly enjoyed the stay at Serendipity! We loved the fact that it was such a short distance to Disney, and that we could come 'home' after a long, hot day at the parks...and of course our little boy loved the swimming pool! The house is wonderful and so well kept, and has lots of room. Our son loved the Nemo room! This would also be a great vacation home for a multi-family vacation; we would definitely recommend this home to anyone! This home will for sure be at the top of our list if we choose to vacation in Orlando again! Huge thank you to the owners, Ken and Sarah! We had lots of fun:)

  This was a first time experience for us in renting a home for a vacation. I was very nervous & hesitant at times about doing so. But I can tell you it was such an awesome vacation & the house is exactly what you see on the site. Our families ranged in age from 3 yrs old to 69 yrs old & we all had enough to do and enough space to do it in. The kids LOVED the pool & after long days at the park couldn't wait to jump in it. Any problems or issues we had during our stay Sarah & Ken were great about responding to them & having the property managers take care of within a day or two!! We loved how close we were to the Disney parks as well as restuarants & shopping. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again & would recommend this home to anyone planning a trip to Disney. We were able to have a family vacation & enjoy eachothers company when we wouldn't have been able to had we stayed in three separate hotel rooms. The house was very comfortable & not overdone in a Disney theme. Really enjoyed the king size beds & master bathroom! We hope to visit this house again someday. Thanks Sarah & Ken!!   Beautiful home with all ameneties. Sarah and Ken, the home owners made a great difference with their hospitality. Very clean, organised with activities for all ages. Huge DVD collection, great game room and swimming pool. All our needs were promptly met. Great location. Highly recommended as THE place to stay while in Orlando, especially for families.
