This is the ideal home for all seasons vacationing.
Wood floors throughout which makes it PERFECT for people with allergies and sensitivities. Lots of room (2850 sf) yet intimate and cozy.
The top level exclusively for a king master suite, small office and bathroom with steam shower and large bathtub.
The main level is a wonderful space for socializing with fireplace, wet bar, living, dining, stone-capped cabinets with center cooking station, surrounding decks with hot tub and killer views of village ski area and golf course. This also serves the front entrance, kitchen back entrance, garage and mud-room.
The lower level holds a family room with couch and game table which separates the two guest bedroom. A king size suite and a double twin bedroom also with ensuite bath. All baths have tubs. This serves as well the back-yard level.
IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE NATURE OF OUR ALLERGY-FREE HOUSE, WE CANNOT ALLOW SMOKING nor PETS. The house is an environmentaly friendly haven, furnished with all natural toiletries, detergents and cleaners for your well-being.

We had an amazing stay. The place was perfect for us, especially since we, too, are an organic and natural family. Very clean, very convenient and the floor plan was great.

My wife and I recently took a vacation with two other couples to Aspen/Snowmass. After several weeks in desperate search of a reasonably priced home, we found this listing. It was just a couple minutes from the ski slopes, overlooking the village. The home itself is perfectly laid out, including three bedrooms which are all well-located, providing a good amount of privacy/interaction. The living room and kitchen are a great area to hang out and take in the amazing surroundings including the mountain range. This neighborhood and house are peaceful, clean, and very local! If you are looking for an amazing, mountain-home I strongly recommend this one.
