  Everything about this condo- the property, the beach, and Orange Beach in general was amazing. The condo was much more spacious than it appeared in the pictures. Could not have been cleaner. Anything you could possibly need to cook with, including spices, is provided. More than enough dishes for several people. Very comfortable bed and comfortable living and dining room furniture! My husband and I loved the fact that Wind Drift had nothing but beach on one side of it- the beach directly behind the unit was not crowded at all!! With this being our first time to Orange Beach, we were both impressed by the clear water and the beach itself. As far as leaving the condo, not near as much traffic and such to fight. Plenty of delicious places to eat. Publix is also located just a mile or two from the condo as well as tons of places to shop. We have always been fans of Destin, but this condo, the beaches, water, everything has made us love Orange Beach much more. Would highly recommend it to anyone and we will be back!! Donna, the owner was also wonderful- easy to talk to, offered advice, GREAT!!

  My teenage daughters and their friend and myself and her mother loved the location. Not crazy crowded but close to action if we wanted. We felt very much at home, clean and comfortable and very safe. The pools were great, a hottub would have been nice, though that is the only thing missing. Everbody was nice that we ran into. Donna was a dream to work with and always got right back to me if I had any questions or requests. Plenty of room in the bedrooms and the updates are very nice. It was relaxing and a great place away from home.

  We frequent the Orange Beach area on a yearly basis. This is our first time to stay in Wind Drift, and we fell in love with it!! We have 3 young daughters, 9, 7, and 2. This was a perfect location. We visited during the Shrimp Festival, yet this area of the beach remained quiet. There was plenty for the girls to do, including walking over to the bay side (Wind Drift North) where they were able to wade in the shallow waters, play and catch a dozen or more hermit crabs. The 510 unit itself, had up -to- date decor, was very clean, well stocked and spacious. Looked just like the pictures. There are chairs and umbrellas available to rent on the beach. The security staff were helpful and friendly. Donna was a pleasure to work with. And just FYI, parking passes for Wind Drift have gone up from $10 to $15, but no biggie. A great time was had by all and we will definitely rent this unit in the future.

  We have rented several condos in the Orange Beach area and this one is wonderful for families with young children. Ours, ages 10 & 7, loved having the beach and pool so close to the condo. We all had a wonderful time catching flounder, whiting, skip jacks, and reds in the surf out in front of the complex. The property was very clean and neat. The views are amazing. We will definitely be back!

  The condo is well equipped and the layout is great for a family. The location is perfect; right on the beach and a quieter area of Orange Beach. We had a wonderful stay and will be back again!

  Our family loved our stay in Wind Drift #510. The condo is lovely, roomy, comfortable and very well equipped. It looks exactly like the pictures, with a breathtaking view of the Gulf from the balcony - which is where we spent most of our time dolphin-watching when we weren't on the beach. Great size condo complex - not too big, not too small - with friendly, helpful security staff. Great pool, which was very clean. I really liked that is was close enough to all the restaurants, shopping and activities (we recommend parasailing and 30 minute drive to Pensacola, FL to see the Naval Aviation Museum) while still being in a less traffic-congested part of the island! I highly recommend this unit to others, and will always reserve this unit when we come to Orange Beach!

  My family and I enjoyed our stay at Wind Drift 510 so much. I have stayed at other condos in Orange Beach and must say this was my favorite. It is so close to the ocean! We loved the balcony and that it had plenty of seating. We also loved the fact that it wasn't as big or busy as other condos we have stayed at (easy to get in and out of the parking lot and also takes less time to get from your room to the beach). It was also very affordable and looked exactly like the photos. The king size bed was sooo comfortable!!!!! The lady that mangages the condo is also super sweet. My family would love to stay here again!

  This was our first stay at Wind Drift and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was great; very comfortable and clean. It was also better equiped than most condos we rent. We loved the large private balcony and having the state beach next to the complex. The security staff was also very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend unti 510 and plan to rent it again.
