This house is perfect for ACL or Formula 1. You are close enough to get to ACL in minutes but you will be completely relaxed and feel miles away when your are here. 5 private sleeping rooms including: 3 'bedrooms' 1 with a king, 2 with a twin, and then an office/bedroom with a queen bed and then a downstairs private study with a trundle bed that sleeps 2. This is not a party house but you could quietly have a few people over for a drink and sit out on the screened in porch and relax. We are across the street from a park should you have children.
