THE 3RD LEVEL
On the 3rd level of this home is one queen bedroom with a 9ft high, crown molding/trayed ceiling and a private tiled floor and tiled shower/tub bathroom. Also, there is a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds which also has a private tiled floor and tiled shower/tub bathroom. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and oversized double door closets which stores bed and bath linens for your convenience.
THE 2ND LEVEL
With it's near 9 foot high ceilings throughout, the second level offers crown molding common areas to include Wayne's Paneling in the dining area. The Living Room Area has a ceiling fan in addition to aesthetic french doors which when opened allows for a distant view of the Lakewood Amphitheatre. The living room area has red leather seating for 5 positioned strategically in front of the flat screen HDMI equipped TV with Blue Ray/Regular DVD player, and Wireless Wi-Fi. Four additional seating can be created by using the two black leather ottomans as well as the inner ottomans within the primary ones. The cozy family of 4 sized dining room experience can be expanded by adding at least 2 additional folding chairs which are found on the 1st level. For your convenience in the common areas, a quaint private powder room is positioned at the entry of the 2nd level.
The kitchen is fully loaded with ceramic floors and undermount cabinet lighting. It is equipped with GE stainless steel appliances to include a flat top range and microwave in addition to a full sized refrigerator and dishwasher. Bring your favorite laundry detergent to use the full sized washer and dryer which is housed just beyond the kitchen. Behind the door of the laundry room are stored cleaning tools (i.e. vacuums, brooms, mop, duster, iron and ironing board.)
THE FIRST LEVEL
A cute patio ideal for minor grilling and/or entertaining greets you at the front entrance.
Just inside is an area to set up a card table or additional inflatable beds if necessary to accommodate the size of your party.
Programmable thermostats are on each floor.

Townhome is nice and well stocked. There were four adults and we wished that there was more area for 4 adults to lounge around/kick back. Townhome was well appointed in its decorations. The townhome is in a nice neighborhood but the surrounding areas are not as nice. Bus service is nearby but we found taking a cab to be quicker and more convenient. The queen bed mattress was not confortable and it sags to the middle. I have utlitzed HomeAway 5+ times and we thought it odd as this was the first location that required us to strip our beds and place sheets in washer prior to leaving. When communicating with the owner, the best information received was the name of a cab driver. We utilized this cabbie frequently. She checked in to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Atlanta continues to be a city very near and dear to my heart. The love of my life of almost 9 years and I met less than 2 miles from this property. A number of comfortable career high years were served less than 3 miles from this property. A large number of my close-knit family members live within a 15 mile radius. When we holiday here, the love of my life and I appreciate recalling the old memories and creating new ones.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Accessibility is Key! No traffic worries. Under 5-10 minutes we can be at work, exercise, or play. The family loves the new Mega YMCA with ball parks, tennis courts, indoor Olympic size pool, etc. Also having 16 hour/day access to a clean pool beginning in May-Labor Day and year-round access to the fitness center right on the property are a big plus for our growing family. The fact that the townhouse is so unbelievably easily accessible to practically every staple downtown Atlanta attraction continues to be incredible! Driving into or out of Atlanta can sometimes be a hassle but between the Marta train and the #42 bus, which picks up and drops off footsteps from the property, we literally 'park and ride' to and from the airport, malls, parks, fine dining and theaters without the stress.
