  Owner very accessable and helpful. Unit had a nice ocean view from the deck. Near good dining and eating establishments. All in all, a good experience! Would recommend!

  I'v been going to HHI for years and this was my first time in Breaker's. Perfect location being across the street from Coligny Plaza. The oceanfront condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The owner is super nice and made me feel at ease well before our arrival date. Up to date decor. Will definitely come back in the future.

  We can't thank the owners enough for being so accomodating, to ensure that we have a comfortable stay! We had a fabulous time in Hilton Head, as always but this unit #226 was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay...we knew we could always call the owners with any questions.The view was spectacular and we enjoyed having our coffee on the patio every morning!!! We highly recommend this unit and we look forward in staying at The Breakers... in unit #226 again!!! Sincerely, Linda & Roland

  We love this place! We have stayed in this unit twice and will continue to stay there in the future. It is very clean and well equiped. The renovated kitchen has everything you will need during your stay. The bed in the master is VERY comfortable. It is a perfect unit for a family with little ones. Our little girls love the bunkbeds. The view is excellent as well! We love The Breakers. You can park your car and never move it during your stay. It is within walking distance to dining and shopping.

  The property is exactly as advertised. Small but comfortable and well maintained. The updated kitchen is great. An excellent choice especially with families with small children. We would come back for another visit and will recommend the property to others.

  We had a fabulous time. The condo was perfect for the two of us. We loved the balcony, had a great view and enjoyed sitting outside every evening enjoying cocktails. The ocean was a very quick walk down the steps and past the pool. Coligny plaza is very close and we had dinner there several times. We will make plans to stay here again. The owner was wonderful to work with!!!

  We truly enjoyed our stay at 226 Breakers. The location is so convenient to shopping and dining, and of course to the beach, yet it was quiet too. Our young boys (5 & 7) enjoyed the pool-even on a very cool night it was a good temperature. The condo was clean and had a lot of "staples" such as detergent, etc. which was nice...and even some mints on the pillows! The beach was quite busy-the Breakers is near a public beach access, so we tended to head to the left to get away from the crowds (spring break!). The view was great to the ocean from the condo-I don't think the 1st floor would have that nice a view. The space is definitely efficiency-size, but more than a typical hotel room and SO much better. We liked the decor, the colors and the nice kitchen. The boys loved the bunks - although they couldn't safely get up and down off the top bunk (no ladder) so couldn't use it for sleeping. We used the rails for them that were provided. The queen bed was comfortable - no access to the other side of the bed due to small room, but that wasn't an issue for us. We used the w/d quite a bit, particularly since the balcony was off-limits for hanging things to dry unfortunately. The owner was fantastic to work with - they even gave us lots of information about the area, family activities, etc. Overall, it was a great way to get introduced to Hilton Head and we would definitely stay here again!

  This was our family's first time on Hilton Head and we found The Breakers to be ideally located, right across from Coligny Plaza and directly on a wide, flat, clean stretch of beach. The complex pool, though busy at times, was a favorite part of our stay. And this unit has a great view of the pool and out to the ocean from the balcony table and chairs, and from the living room loveseat. We used the small but well-stocked kitchen and ate breakfast each morning on the balcony with the backdrop of ocean waves- gotta love that! The unit is accurately listed and portrayed on the VRBO website and it was clean and fresh upon our arrival. There were plenty of towels and bed linens (though no beach towels or beach equipment such as chairs or an umbrella, but we knew this ahead of time and packed accordingly). The queen bed in the bedroom is very comfortable, and our son liked the "bunk nook" as well as sleeping on the blow-up sofa bed mattress in the living room. We found a few minor maintenance needs, but the owner was very responsive, and took care of them immediately. And we had asked lots of questions before our trip, since it was our first time going to HHI, and the owner was always very pleasant and helpful, sending recommendations for families and useful links to area information. We enjoyed wonderful meals at The Sea Shack (near the condo), The Salty Dog Cafe (at Sea Pines) and the Skull Creek Boathouse (on the marsh a few miles from the condo). We also enjoyed the Frosty Frog and Skillets over at Coligny, along with browsing the many shops at Coligny. We barely used our car and enjoyed covered parking. At the owner's suggestion, we stowed our beach stuff in the car and that worked well as the sand is just steps from the parking lot. All told, The Breakers is a great value for HHI, and we would stay in this unit again. We miss it already!

  First trip to Hilton Head - had a great time. Condo was well furnished and looked fresh and clean. I especially appreciated that a lot of the "little" things were furnished, i.e., dishwashing soap, soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. Owner was pleasant to deal with. Convenient location just across from Coligny Shopping Center. Would recommend to others.
