Lakeside Retreat - an ideal holiday retreat for two families. With elevated views from the entertaining deck, you won't need to travel far to enjoy the feeling of open space. Do you like jogging, walking or rowing? Then this is the place for a holiday, just duck out the back gate and you are on the lake, a peaceful haven with a pathway all round. Lakeside Retreat is also only a stroll to the Barwon estuary - the boating and fishing paradise of the Bellarine.

Lakeside Retreat, is a fabulous holiday house ideal for extended family group holidays, couples, or two families. Spread over two levels, with 3 living areas, balcony on top level overlooking lake, and 2nd outdoor area downstairs on ground level.
Upper and lower levels at Lakeside Retreat both have a kitchen and bathroom, and are keyed separately. We can provide bedding for 5 for each level plus a double sofa bed in the lounge rooms of each level (ie each level can sleep up to 7).
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two living and dining areas, lots of space to spread out with the family. Downstairs there is 3rd. and 4th. bedrooms, there is also living, dining and kitchenette downstairs. Bedrooms arranged as such:
Bed 1: 1 Queen bed
Bed 2: 1 Double bed, 1 Single bed
Bed 3: 1Queen bed, 1 Single bed
Bed 4: 2 single beds, 1 king single mattress
Living room 2/bed 5: Double sofa bed
Living room 3: Double sofa bed, fold out single
The downstairs area is ideal for teenagers or family. Situated on the edge of Blue Waters Lake and boasts idyllic water views from its multiple living/entertaining areas. This double storey property boasts of three living/dining areas, and two outdoor areas with well appointed outdoor settings and gas BBQ. Additionally, family bathroom and ensuite, laundry facilities, TV, VCR, DVD, open fire place, reverse cycle air-conditioning. Perfect relaxing holiday getaway for two families!
