DUVAL COURTYARD - Located just steps from famous Duval Street in the rooftop community of Duval Square, this recently renovated three bedroom two bath one-story condo has plenty of space, a fabulous location and all the amenities you could wish for. The main living area is spacious and flows from kitchen to dining area to french doors that open to a balcony where you can sit and people watch while sipping your margarita. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with a beautiful bath ensuite along with it's own private balcony with seating. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom with two twin beds and a shared bath between the two. You are within walking distance to most of what Key West has to offer. Although close to Duval, the home is a quiet escape with it's own private gated entrance. Walk through the lower level tropical garden in the courtyard to find an area to relax or enjoy the rooftop community pool. Off-street, gated parking for one car is available.
