Blue Dreams is a luxury lakefront house, situated on the shores of the Lake Nahuel Huapi, in the exclusive Llao Llao area. This amazing three-storey home has amazing lake views from every room, spreading over 460 meters (5,000 sq. ft) of comfort with easy access to its 160 feet of shore line.
This spacious residence comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with all the amenities of a luxury hotel but with the extra room, warmth, and privacy of a true home.
The house is at a privileged location, only 20 minutes from Cerro Catedral, South America's best ski resort, 2 minutes to world renown Llao Llao Hotel & Resort Golf and Spa, and Puerto Pañuelo, Bariloche's main
port for trips and excursions to Argentina's and Chile's Patagonia.
The home has custom made furnishings for your comfort and the following accommodations: In the main level you will find the great room with and oversized fireplace and leather couches. The dinning room accommodates 12 guests, there is a fully loaded kitchen, a mud-room and laundry room and the toilette. There is also a TV room with reclining leather chairs and a 55' LCD TV with Direct TV and movie channels. The master bedroom suite has a king bed and a 46' LCD TV, a walk in closet and a private bath with a two person jacuzzi and double shower.
In the lower level there are 3 bedrooms, the first bedroom is a suite with a queen bed and a private bathroom, the second room has two twin beds and the third room has a queen bed. These two rooms share a complete bathroom. This level has a multi-purpose room with a bar, a dining room for six persons, a 46' LCD TV with Direct TV and a comfortable leather sofa.
The third level is a loft which has a sitting area and a queen sleeper sofa.

Where to begin? Location, location, location! Starting with your own private lakefront on Lake Nahuel Huapi and a home that is all about the incredible vistas of the lake and surrounding mountains. Every bedroom, the 3 living rooms, kitchen, and even the bath have enormous lake views. A brilliant architectural design. While the listing photos are beautiful, the actual house exceeded our expectations. The house interior is very tastefully decorated, and is really comfortable; many sitting areas with leather couches and a great dining area. Although we initially planned to eat out every night, the brand new high end kitchen, parilla, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas with one of the best views in the Bariloche area persuaded us eat at home a number of nights, despite some great dining options nearby. Bedrooms are spacious, with quality bedding, a master bath with double headed shower and a large Jacuzzi. The electronics and electrical systems have been given a lot of thought, with WiFi everywhere, including the beach, subtle indoor lighting, and outdoor lighting suitable for entertaining and security. The grounds are well landscaped and the house is immaculate; almost brand new. House was cleaned several times while we were there; you could eat off the floor, if you wanted. The house is about 20 km outside of Bariloche, but quite near Llao Llao and Puerto Pañuelo where many lake excursions originate. We had a rental car (manual shift only), which made the whole area convenient, and there is a bus stop with frequent service into Bariloche near the top of the driveway. Although we were warned that Argentine drivers can be aggressive, it turned out to be quite the opposite; driving was no more difficult than US suburbs. Can recommend grocery shopping around km 13, but there is also a convenience store within walking distance of the house. Lots of day hiking and biking right on Circuito Chico starting at the house, cruises from Puerto Pañuelo, hike or chairlift up Cerro Campanario for a dramatic view, inexpensive and delicious steaks at Alberto's at km 8 or in town on Villegas, crafts fair at Colonia Suiza as well as a zip line canopy adventure. The owner is Argentine, although she lives in the US, and was very responsive and helpful in guiding us around the area. Always responded immediately to emails and phone. March weather was perfect. Compare to Tahoe in Sept. Many local merchants accept dollars, stretching the budget of US visitors.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

La casa es maravillosa, mas aun que lo que pueden describir las fotos. La vista es inmejorable. La casa tiene todas las comodidades necesarias y aun mas. Esta equipada con la mejor calidad y todos sus ambientes son muy amplios. Su costa es practicamente exclusiva y se puede disfrutar al maximo. He rentado varias casas en este lugar. Es increible el lugar . La vista tambien uno se siente parte del nahuel Huapi. El equipamiento y comfort de la casa es impecable.Recommended for: Sightseeing.

Bariloche is one of the most beautiful places on earth and this is one of the most remarkable alpine homes to experience the beauty. The alpine home is located on the shores of main lake in the heart of the National Park (the first national park in the world) and the views constantly change as the sun shines across the alpine mountains and lake. The views from the home are stunning, but the beautiful photos on this site do not capture the full power of this place. My wife and I brought our two boys from the United States (aged 8 and 9) to experience Bariloche. Each morning my boys and I explored the beach-front. The home is perfectly situated along the scenic route and there is endless nearby adventure, including hikes, skiing, boat cruises, and wonderful Argentine restaurants. Bariloche has a well-developed national park system, adventure opportunities and excellent restaurants. For a change of pace, you can go to the nearby Llao llao for high tea. Its a beautiful hotel, but does not compare to this apline home. The home is spacious, beautiful and built with elegance and class. I couldn't recommend renting this home more.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

La casa se encuentra ubicada en uno de los más hermosos lugares del planeta. La calidad de la construcción y del equipamiento son de muy alto nivel. Es una residencia sobria y elegante, con innumerables detalles de buen gusto. La vistas del lago Nahuel Huapi desde la casa y su parque son maravillosas. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para el descanso, el confort y la recreación. Está muy cerca de Bariloche, con todos los servicios y actividades que ofrece la ciudad y su fácil acceso a los lagos y montañas que la rodean.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We love to travel, and appreciate the beauty of new cultures and adventures. We have fallen in love with Patagonia and its natural untouched landscapes. That is why we chose this location to build our dream home because our view is truly one of the most beautiful views in the world.
