  We have been going to and staying in Hot Springs Village for 20 years. We have bought and sold lots with the thought of building a house in the village. Our favorite time to go is April and watch the horses run. This was the worst place we have stayed. It was one of the best views and a beautiful area but the owner's attitude is very clear...... you are not a welcome guest.  No hand towels in the bathrooms, the bath towels were insulting, thin, very small, worn out and cheap. Forget tissues. No clocks in the bedrooms. The only clock was in the kitchen and the battery was weak so it never had correct time. Batteries were also out in the remote controls. No dish towels. The maroon couch in the picture should be on the side of the road. The cushions would not stay on and if you sat on the couch after a few hours the cushions would be hanging off the couch 6-8 inches. Don't ask me how but we could not keep the cushions on the couch. Ceiling fan did not work in the bedroom. Serious electrical issues. Patio furniture was dirty. No sink stoppers in the bathroom sinks (drop anything in there and it's gone). Beds were awful. Squeaky with the cheapest mattresses available. Paint cans under the sinks. Just awful! First time we took my parents with us and we were totally embarrassed. Give us your money and here is our junk. Not good.

  ...because I didn't want to let this secret out, but this place is wonderful! My wife and I have been coming to Hot Springs for years and staying in hotels, but no more. It is even more beautiful than the pictures show. It was also super-clean. Tina made sure that we had everything that we needed. We loved the walking trails along the golf course. Please stay away so it will be available when we come back (hopefully very soon). I do not want to stay anywhere else. Thanks again, Tina.

  My husband and I had a really great time! The house had everything we needed for our stay! We spent most of our time in Hot Springs but next time we will be making the trip to hang out around the house and village! I would definitely recommend this house to my friends and family.

  Had a wonderful time at this property. It is right on the lake and the upstairs balcony is a great place to catch the cool breeze and enjoy the view of the lake, not to mention some awesome star-gazing after dark! The downstairs balcony is right on the water...fishing or swimming right there! The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and a DVD player for movies. Plenty of seating in the living room and a nice sized dining table. Lovely neighbors as well! Location is great - close to the front gate. In close proximity to the front gate are a grocery store, Sam's, Walgreen's and Dollar General. What more could you ask for!

  Thank you for sharing your property with our family! We had a blast! The listing was accurate, property clean and well maintained, owner was very helpful, and we would definitely recommend to others. We will definitely be back!!! We are fairly homebodies so we bought our groceries and cooked there. Everything was avaiable for us to use. We did go out to eat once outside the village to Charlie's Pizza Pub. It was really good. We fished off the pier and sat on the deck in the mornings drinking our coffee, and in the evenings we would sit on the deck playing board games and cards with the family til dark.

  We just arrived home from our two-night stay at this townhome. We had a wonderful time!! The townhome was very clean and was located right on the water. It was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

  We spent a week at this place on the lake for our anniversary and loved every minute. You can fish right off the back porch. If you had a boat you could also park it there. Wonderful!
