Situated on a peninsula in a gated community, this exquisite home offers privacy and luxury unparalleled in Lake Travis vacation homes. Inside amenities include 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, a fully furnished and well stocked kitchen, a dream gameroom with wet bar, 4 tables, large television and pool table. Once you step outside, you will be mesmerized! There is an extensive covered balcony, Viking gas grill, gas fire pit, comfortable seating and outdoor bar. Continue downstairs to the gorgeous salt water pool and spa. There is another gas grill on this level. A nearby cabana has an outdoor shower as well as an indoor shower and bathroom. There is also a dressing room, toilet and refrigerator. Further down there is a private swimming dock for your use. (Still floating Spring 2013) Guests also have use of 2 boat slips 1/10 mile away. Water is still great--no problems here! Ask about a helipad!!
Do you love watching football or sports events but can't choose which one to watch? In the gameroom, there are 4 different televisions, each with its own separate satellite box so you can watch 4 games at one time!!!

Wow! What an amazing time. This house has everything that we were looking for and then more(poker chips, margarita machine, cards, towels, etc). The attention to detail and cleanliness of the house is superb. The house is extremely private if you like enjoying the setting late into the night. There are no neighbors to keep awake.
