This lovely Sandestin Villa is bright and spacious and feels like home as soon as you walk in the door. The newly remodeled kitchen features a breakfast bar, new cabinets and countertops. There is a bunkroom with an extra trundle bed and a tv/dvd. The remodeled bathrooms are attached to both rooms and have hallway access. The patio is great for entertaining and has a slight lake view.

The cart also makes it easy to pick up those necessities at the grocery store or treat yourself to the numerous restaurants, unique shops, and other Sandestin attractions.

This property exceeded all of our expectations. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes we needed for Thanksgiving dinner. The pantry even had coffee and cream for our first morning before we had time to go to the grocery. The living area has nice furniture and a great flat screen TV. My husband was delighted to find you had expanded cable service and he could watch Fox Soccer Channel. It also was a delight for other family member that had Football games on ESPN U. Each bedroom and bathroom has nice linens. All of the beds are very comfortable and the trundle under the bunk bed was a nice surprise. The children loved riding their bikes and we felt safe allowing them to ride in the area. The golf cart was a nice bonus. We parked our car and took it to the grocery as well as Baytown Warf. My family stayed in two houses in the wonderful cul-de-sac. I am thrilled to know you will soon have an additional thee bedroom house on this same street. I know it will be just as wonderful as this one. We all look forward to staying with you again.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was very spacious and well stocked. We loved the golf cart. Several evenings we rode over to Baytowne Wharf for ice cream. My transactions with Shore Dreams were easy and very accomodating! Great instructions and details about our stay prior to our arrival. Customer service was quick and friendly! Very nice unit - clean - fully equipped - Golf cart fun - Washer needs help as well as dryer. Excellent for the price...Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+.
