  Had very nice stay. House was very spacious and close to beach and bike trails. Plenty of movies and books to choose from to pass the time when not on the beach. Kids loved the arcade as well! Only negative was microwave would not rotate the tray when in use so made it touch for popping popcorn. I would recommend this townhouse very much for space and price as well. Would definitely consider renting again in future.

  We went to this property the first weekend in December. Our group consisted of all age groups, from 6 years to 60 years. We loved that this property had so much inside entertainment options. Books, movies and games for everyone. Also this property has a game room down stairs that includes an old time arcade player (keeps kids entertained for hours). This property is very close to everything, beach access, Pelican Brewery, coffee places, rental shops, and horse riding. Because we went in the winter the weather was pretty rainy, but we still went crabbing and had a great time, catching and eating! We loved the cleanliness and beautiful big kitchen. This is a steal for the price. The only drawback of this property for me, is that there is no ocean view, but in Pacific City, it is kind of about the river and the cute town. We will be returning soon. Oh and the property contact Ellen is so easy to work with, honest and efficient.

  What a bargain! We couldn't believe we could find such a nice place for such a great price! It was clean, convenient and comfortable. It was a great set-up for a dog, two adults and one child -- although we could have easily fit more people. Pacific City/Cape Kiwanda are quiet and off-the-beaten-path. Driving to Mo's in Lincoln City was NOT worth it, but we highly recommend Pelican Pub right there in Cape Kiwanda. We should have eaten there both nights! YUM! Our dog ran happily along the beach! The bathrooms come with shampoo, blow-dryer & straightener. We mostly ate out, but kitchen was well equipped for our breakfasts. Good selection of movies to choose from! We'll be back!!! Next time we hope to do the hike at Cape Lookout -- trailhead only about 20 mins north along the scenic loop (north of Cape Kiwanda).

  We loved this rental property. We have stayed at 3-4 other rentals in Pacific City in the last few years and this one was our favorite. It is within easy walking distance to the beach, store, Pelican brew pub, etc. There were only three of us but the house could have fit 8 comfortably. Love that is a pet friendly rental but smells clean and fresh. The game room was the biggest plus. I could not pull my husband and son away from all of the old video games. We will be back again for sure! :0)

  We had a great time at this place and plan on coming back again and again. For $99 my family and my brothers family had loads of fun on the cheap. Walk across the street and over the dune to the beach. We walked 3 miles to the mouth of the nestucca river! Good sized big screen tv, lots of DVD to choose from. The arcade game was a huge hit for the kids, me and my brother. The thing has all the classics! Place looks brand new inside, loved the master shower, and the view of the river from the bedroom was very nice. Can't wait to get back to pacific city!!

  I have rented this house a couple times. The first time was with my boyfriend and friends of ours with a child. The setup was perfect- the house was spotless, and it was so easy to just borrow bikes and get around town. The beach is superclose, and the view of the river from the bedroom and living room was beautiful. The second rental was for a girls weekend. We had 8 ladies at the house. There was plenty of room, and the well-appointed kitchen was perfect for our big group! I will definitely be back to this home and highly recommend it to others. Thanks for two great experiences!

  And this is easily the best! It is roomy, lovely inside, exceptionally clean, the kitchen is stocked with great equipment, the living room is super comfortable with a great TV, beds are soft with very nice bedding, and it's a very short walk to the beach and the pub. Tough to beat this one. We will definitely be coming back for more!

  Great Price! Brand NEW Town house! HUGE! Spotless - nice beds! Great view of the river. Beach was an easy 5 minute walk away. It was wonderful to let the dog run free on the beach. (3 days on the sand - we saw 5 locals and 2 dogs.) We're NEVER paying Cannon Beach hotel rates again! No more over crowded beaches with scattered trash and unruly dogs. No more over priced food. We ate at Pelican Pub and Brewery (great steaks and beer!), Grateful Bread Bakery (try the scones and espresso), and Oar Tavern (great clam chowder and cocktails). PC even has a REAL grocery store. Only thing I regret was not booking another couple of nights. We will be back!

  Owner response: If you want uncrowed beaches and very little traffic, Pacific City is the place.....great restaurants, sand dunes beaches beaches everywhere......and you will have to look hard for a nicer place to stay at a reasonable price......life is a beach....(Herb/Beverly Mgrs)
