My friends and I spent our time golfing and taking in downtown this weekend and stayed here. The property has great amenities, which include great appliances and nice flat screens. I definitely recommend this property for anyone planning to indulge in all that Austin has to offer. Its proximity to downtown and golfing, etc is all in 10 mins if not less. SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT for 3204 Glenview Ave, Austin, TX 78703 This is a Short Term Rental Agreement between You (the Lessee(s)) and Russell Coffee (the Owner) for the short-term rental of 3204 Glenview Ave, Austin, Texas, 78703 1. CHECK-IN TIME is after 4:00 P.M. (Please email or call me 4 days prior to your arrival to coordinate check-in time, key exchange, etc.) CHECK-OUT is 1:00 P.M. (Check out and check in times may be flexible if there are no other guests arriving or departing for that day) 2. NO SMOKING is allowed inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside. 3. Pets: Pets require prior approval and may require an additional deposit. 4. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit of $300 is required to hold/confirm your reservation. This deposit will be refunded within 5 days after check-out. The Owner reserves the right to use the deposit in case of damaged property, or breach of contract. 6. CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations that are made more than twenty (20) days prior to the arrival date will receive full refund. Cancellations that are made between ten (10) and twenty (20) days of the arrival date will result in a forfeit of the reservation deposit. Cancellations made within ten (10) days of arrival date will be responsible for the total amount due. 7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The number of guests in the rental party is limited to six (6). Two (2) additional guests may be added for $50 per person per night for a maximum total of eight (8) guests in the rental party. Owner permission must be obtained to entertain more than 4 guests at the residence not in your rental party. Under NO circumstances shall any guest other than the approved guests in the rental party stay overnight at the residence. Additional charges of $50 per person will be imposed for additional occupancy with or without Owner’s permission. 8. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are provided, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. 10. All DEBRIS and TRASH should be placed in trash containers. Soiled dishes shall be rinsed (or cleaned) and placed in the sink or dishwasher. Dirty linens may be placed in the laundry room if necessary. Keys should be left in lockbox at front door. 11. HOLD HARMLESS – By renting this property and/or acknowledging this document, Lessee(s), for himself/herself/themselves, his/her/their heirs, assignors, executors and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all claims, demands and causes of action by reason of injury of whatever nature which has occurred, or may occur to the Lessee(s), or any of the Lessee(s)’s guests as a result of, or in connection with the occupancy of the property. The Lessee(s) agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. The Lessee(s) represents and warrants that he/she/they has/have reviewed and fully understands this agreement including the release; has voluntarily entered into this agreement; and is/are fully authorized and empowered to enter into and execute the foregoing release on behalf of all guests of the Lessee(s), visitors and other occupiers of the property during the term of this contract. **This house has not been child proofed and could be dangerous for children; children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
