The house is located 1 block from Lake Sunapee, in a quiet relaxing setting. Enjoy Lake Sunapee access for swimming, fishing and boating. Sunapee Harbor, Mt. Sunapee, restaurants, Sunapee State Beach, hiking trails, biking, public beach access, golf, shooting range, mountains and other lakes are in close proximity.
Lake Sunapee was rated one of the Top 30 Lakes in the U.S. to visit in Budget Magazine and listed in the book “1000 Places to See Before You Die (in the U.S.A and Canada)” by Patricia Schultz. The lake is approximately 8 miles long, 1 mile wide and 150 ft’ deep in some sections. The Lake is one of the most pristine lakes in New Hampshire and one of the State’s best kept secrets

Summer Rental Rate $1,500 per week, Spring/Fall Rental Rate $1,250 per week. Winter Ski Season Dec 1st - Mar 31st, $9,600 per winter season plus heat/plowing. Additional fee's N.H. 9% sales tax, renter pays $200 cleaning fee. Check in time 3pm / Check out time 10am. Minimum age requirement 28 years old proof of age required.

About the owner: We finished building this house with the help of family and friends in 2006. We spent many years at the shore but the Lake and Mountains are magical!
Why the Owner Chose Sunapee:
Lake Sunapee is a great family destination. It is one of the most pristine lakes in New Hampshire. The area is very private with minimal commercialization. We enjoy family activities, the lake in the summer and to ski Mt. Sunapee in the winter.

The house is located one block from lake Sunapee for Lake access, 2 miles from Mt. Sunapee and the Sunapee Harbor is 5 minutes away with access to restaurants and lake tour boats. The Sunapee State Beach, Dewey Town Beach are both in close proximity, the New London Theater is nearby, up and coming actors appearing all summer. Must see New Hampshire destinations; Mt. Washington, The Flume, Kancamgus Highway, Mt. Kearsarge.
