We rented this home with another family recently. The house was filthy and disgustingly dirty. There were even dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher when we arrived. The bathrooms were so dirty that we had to clean them before we felt they were healthy enough for use. The oven, microwave, and charcoal grill had ob iously NEVER been cleaned. All appliances, furniture, and decor were old, outdated, and in disrepair. The fan blades on the overhead fan lights were black with filth. The outdoor furniture was broken and unsafe. The property was not well maintained and needs a lot of work. I would not recommend this property to anyone I know OR don't know. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!Owner response: Not sure what this renter means. The house was renovated this March with all NEW furniture, appliances, etc. Our temporary cleaning crew at the time was a poor choice, but they were fired and have been replaced by an EXCELLENT company who is incredibly thorough and keeps the house in super condition. This is our most rented and requested house out of 15. The furniture was brand new from a well known company-the colors are more modern. They must not understand the current trends. Understandable that they would not want to leave their names. No complaints were made at all during the renters stay during that week.
