  Spectacular experience. The community is welcoming and there are lots of places to shop and eat. The facility was clean, with a really nice pool and sitting area, great hot tub, laundry on every floor, elevators for easy access. But this unit is superb. It has been beautifully updated with amazingly comfortable beds. Plenty of seating on the deck to have your morning coffee and watch the birds dive for fish. The closet was stocked with water toys, books and board games for all to enjoy. There was so much space and privacy. We were right on the beach and enjoyed the sound of the waves and the stunning sunsets. The entire place is so well kept, clean and cozy that it was really difficult to leave. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

  Owner response: We have worked very hard to stay within our goal of keeping our visitors stay with us the best it can possibly be. Our greatest satisfaction is hearing that we are accomplishing that very thing. We started with the remodel/ update of our condo in January of 2011, to doing something, even if it is something small, every time we are there. We have a terrific office staff who support all the owners at Anglers so we have great back up. The sunsets and weather are a bonus, we would like to take credit for that but I that must go to Mother Nature and blessing from above. We want our guests to visit us again and again and always like to hear from them.

  we were OVERWHELMED at the beauty of the location. The buiding is so that you have an ocean view with every unit, but this unit is right on the beach. We were there in the end of Sept. and the water was perfect. The first morning we were there, we saw dolphins swimming just beyond the sand bar. The unit itself was in great condition. From what I understand, it went through an upgrade in 2011 and it is beautiful!! 3 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. The beds are the best I have ever slept in. Each bedroom has a tv/dvd combo. The unit comes equipped with everything you would need in a kitchen, plenty of linens. Chris and Betsy are very pleasent and fun to work with down at the front desk. We have zero complaints and will be back for sure!!! Thanks Dorothy for making this the best vacation we have ever taken!

  Owner response: One thing that really makes my day is finding out that our guests have had a great vacation and enjoyed their stay with us in our condo. Our most recent upgrades include new air conditioning units and the bedrooms have just been newly carpeted. Our goal is to present our condo as a home a way from home.   Beautiful condo!!! We loved the view!! Owners were very nice!! We like the staff at Angler's Cove! We like that it slept 10 ! I wish there was better silverware in the kitchen. There were mostly plasticware and no large casserole dishes for baking. There was no can opener. Only a few towels in the bathrooms. I wish there was a washer and dryer in the unit and a clothes drying rack. The clothes rack on the deck was collapsed and broken. There were lots of beach toys avaiable to use! Our family of 10 made a bunch of friends who want us to come back next year! The sunsets and rainbows that we saw were awesome!!! Our 8 children loved it here!!!!!!!!!!!

  Owner response: The year 2011 saw a new and improved unit #304. We started with the remodel/upgrade at the beginning of the year, to buying new furniture, to new bedding and all new kitchen accessories. In the kitchen we replaced the dishes, glassware, a good full service setting of 12 silverware and pots and pans. At last count there were 5 dutch ovens with the pots giving large groups what they need to do oven hot dishes and stove top cooking. As much as we stress that we are a family owned condo, occasionally things like cooking utensils are brought to other units and some of theirs make into ours. And sometimes they do not make it back at all. This is when we very much appreciate guest feedback. As owners, we are there a couple of times a year and we restock as needed. A couple of things that are great about our building - one is our great office staff. The office supplies the linens for the building, if more are needed for the condo, they can help. And second, each floor has a laundry room! The machines were recently upgraded, making it very convenient for our guests, especially since it is right down the hall from our front door. The office will try to either repair or replace items in the unit that reported missing or broken which is great for both us and our guests. We absolutely love hearing from our guests. We love and enjoy our condo and we want our guests to do the same. There are very few things in this life that are better than relaxing and watching the sunsets from our balcony. Come and enjoy!

  Very nice, updated condo. Comfortable and cosy. Room for everyone and a fantastic view.

  Owner response: We are happy to hear when our guests are comfortable in our condo, As owners we are there a couple of times a year. We thoroughly go through and do the extra cleaning, upkeep and repairs needed to make sure our condo is all it can be. Our goal is to have our guests stay be as enjoyable and carefree as possible. As always, you can't beat the view from our balcony. Kick back and relax.

  This condo is great! The owners did a wonderful job updating the place[ nicer than picts]. Clean and comfortable, home away from home. Location is great, beach, pool, hot tub are all fantastic. Building is well maintained and staffed. We really enjoyed the balcony view.

  Owner response: We are so glad that we achieved what we set out to do with our remodel. We wanted to be comfortable when we are there and to extend that comfort to our guests. We love hearing from our guests and take those comments to heart. We intend to keep adding comfortable,homey touches. The view is all on Mother Nature and she does a spectacular job!

  Our family enjoyed our Thanksgiving this year in this beautiful condo. It was everything we had hoped and were told it was. The location is great, though we didn't go out alot as the condo was so homey and comfortable we stayed in. The direct front view of the beach allowed us to see everything that was going on. The managers were very friendly and helpful. It was a great trip, and would definitely recommend this property. Thank you! Vickie P. S. Get a Winn Dixie card, saves you money on groceries and gas, but go to the Dollar Store first for some supplies. Conch Restaurant was our one night out for dinner and it was wonderful.

  Owner response: We did a remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms in January of 2011. In the fall of 2011 we bought new furniture for the living room and new mounted televisions with built in DVD players. Our goal is to make the condo not only comfortable for ourselves but for our guests as well. We want to make our guests stay so homey that they can come right in and fell at home. Everything one would need is right there.
