WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM RENTAL REQUIREMENTS?
Our standard rental period is four nights, however if you are interested in a shorter period contact us directly as we often make exceptions depending on the season and availability. In general we will not accept any rental bookings shorter than four nights prior to 30 days before your requested rental dates. June 25 - August 14 requires 7 night min-stay (Saturday to Saturday) bookings.

This was a wonderful place! My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. I had asked if the owners could put some roses in the condo for my wife. Sure enough! There was a huge beautiful bouquet of roses waiting for us when we arrived. The area is very nice and quiet and close to the beach. The place was very well stocked and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

The condo was a perfect fit for my wife and myself. It was within walking distance of our daughter's home and close to everything we needed. We took advantage of all of the amenties. We rode along the beach boardwalk and entertained our daughter and her fiance. The owners of the condo were very prompt in dealing with the one problem we had in the condo. They had the issue fixed and were very fair with us. We really felt relaxed and rejuvenated during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Perfect location to everything you want to do in San Diego. EZ access to highways and local beaches. The place is spotless. The owners provide "toys" such as bikes, beach chairs, sunbrellas, surf boards, etc. which is a HUGE bonus. Diana and Rob were perfect hosts to their property and San Diego.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Diana, relaxing in our little home on out last evening. Thank you for going out of your way for us. My sissy and her two beautiful little girls will be contacting you for one of these units soon. I traveled alone and was pleased with the safe location, the coziness, and the brightness of Kerry's Corner. . I appreciated the extra thought to have good speakers so I could hook my iPad up and play music. Plus, the deck was great. Not many places in Pacific Beach have them.Did you find this review helpful? What a wonderful experience! This little home away from home was just what we needed. Every little thing you could think of was present; pots, pans, plates, fan, towels, right down to the toaster! We loved it! The DVD player wouldn't read the movie we rented but everything else was great.
