This newly constructed home is located directly on Sandlapper Lake in the very desirable northern section of Ocean Lakes and is within walking distance to everything ( recreation center, pools, putt-putt, the beach, and the store ). The house is two story on stilts and has large covered decks on each level with beautiful unobstructed views of the entire lake. It is perfect for large or multiple families. We have ample parking for up to four vehicles.
This five bedroom professionally decorated luxury home offers four carpeted bedrooms and two permastone tiled full baths on the second level . The two lakeview bedrooms offer queen size beds with private exits onto the large deck which overlooks the lake. The two rear bedrooms offer two double beds in one and two futon bunk bed that are great for kids. Each of the 5 bedrooms has it’s own TV .
The first level has permastone throughout the kitchen, dining, living room, baths and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The living room exits onto the large deck which overlooks the lake. The living room hs a 32" LCD TV.
The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and serving meals. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. Ocean Lakes has everything you could want for a family vacation, park your car rent a golf cart and enjoy one of the best family resorts on the east coast!!. Ocean Lakes has almost a mile of beach and is a gated secure community/resort with all the amenities you will need.
