  We loved staying in this stylish villa. We felt at home from the day we arrived for our two month stay. Centrally located in a quiet subdivision about twenty minutes from Disney, we could almost see the fireworks. The neighbors were wonderful, however, not having anyone behind us gave us additional privacy that was also appreciated. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We were pleased that there was also plenty of room to keep our food, clothes, etc. With four bedrooms and two baths, there was more than enough room for visiting family. We never once felt crowded. The pool is wonderful. We could sit beside it and read, and since it was heated, we were able to swim daily. With managers to maintain it, we could swim without worry. There was a Publix close by and a Walmart just a little further down the road. The villa is located a little over an hour from either coast, and about forty-five minutes from Legoland and Bok Tower. There are several places to walk and ride bikes, and of course, many very nice golf courses close by. There are several shopping malls within a half hour drive, and all of our favorite restaurants were within a forty-five minute drive. Bee's RV has great Tuesday and Sunday dinner buffets. South Lake Presbyterian, a great little church about ten minutes away, made us feel welcome from our first visit. Saturday Night and Sunday Night in Lakeland concerts are only forty-five minutes away. With so much to do, we didn't spend much time in the game room but it looked very nice. If needed, the house also came with a supply of board games and playing cards. The owners were the absolute best we could have hoped for. They were very patient with us through the entire process. The managers were available by phone or email for any issues we had while we were there. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. We miss being there already, and we would love to stay here again in the future.

  Just a few words to say how much we appreciated our second stay (10-19 Apr 2011) at your Clermont, Fla rental home. We again found this beautiful, roomy house to be spotlessly clean and the fact that it is situated close to shopping malls and good restaurents is a bonus. We had great golfing weather and enjoyed some of the good, reasonably priced courses that we had played last year plus a couple of others discovered this year, all of them within short driving distances. It was a wonderful vacation with the added attraction that we found a Sportsbar, 10 minutes from the house, that not only served good food but allowed us to view the NHL playoffs in the evening. A good way to end the day before going home for a dip in the pool then resting for another hard day on the course. Hope you don't mind if I recommend your rental home to some of my friends.   I stayed at this property from March 29 to April 6/11 and I was impressed with how at home it made you feel from the instant you walked in the house. It was in a great location, close to shops and Disney, and loved the fact its in a gated community. I required assistance and I had someone that I could contact that was just a phone call away. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to go to Florida for a getaway. Mary P., Ottawa, Canada

  We rented this Property in 2009, great location , close to all amenities , newer home, gated safe community, spacious home actually large enough for 2 families with a pool in yard. Would rent here again.

  I had the pleasure of staying in this vacation home. Everything was entirely to my satisfaction. It is very spacious with four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including an ensuite off the master beddroom. It was very clean inside & out. It is beautifully furnished & extremely comfortable. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, a washer & dryer, a TV in all the rooms, a games room, a fenced-in large swimming pool. There is nothing missing. It is close to all amenities & a 15 minute drive to Disneyland. I would highly recommend this home to any family or families vacationing in Orlando, Florida. Looking forward to returning for another vacation.

  We booked this home when our travel plans with another home fell through last minute. The house is beautiful and spacious. It is very well furnished and has everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay. The home is very close to a Super Walmart which was great for food and other shopping. Another nice feature of the home is that there is no rear neighbours which makes some extra privacy. Our kids loved the games room and having their own TV in their bedrooms. Most of all I enjoyed dealing with the owners who made the whole process easy and quick. Hands down I would stay here again. Thank you for renting us your fantastic home
