It is nicely furnished and comes with newer updated bathrooms, kitchen and new paint in and out. The dining area is off the kitchen and living room making it an open great room so no one in the family will miss out. The deck is located off the dining area making it easy to have your morning cup of coffee or afternoon beverage while enjoying the outside tempered Cayucos weather and view of the ocean in the distance.
