Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (AU$) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Additional information about rental rates:

$200 bond payable on booking, refundable within 5 days of vacating if no damage or goods missing. Full payment to be made at least 30 days prior to arrival. A cleaning fee of $50 applies to all rentals, payable with full payment. There is a 2 night minimum booking, 3 nights minimum for long weekends, 4 night minimum for Easter and January school holidays. Cancellations made within 14 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee (unless property can be re-let). Cancellations made with more than 14 but less than 30 days notice incur an administration charge of 50% of total booking fee (unless property can be re-let). We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances Strictly no pets allowed. No tents or caravans are allowed on the property. No smoking inside house. No more persons permitted to stay overnight on the property than the number specified at the time of booking.

Overloading will render the guests liable for extra charges and risk immediate eviction and forfeiture of any unused tariff. The property is not available to any person under the age of 18, without adult supervision at all times. Functions and parties are strictly prohibited. Please respect the neighbours by keeping noise level to a minimum as this is a residential area. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to fittings and any items in the premises. Consume alcohol responsibly. Strictly no drugs or illegal activities are permitted on the premises.
