    This condo is an excellent place for a family to celebrate any occasion. We celebrated our 50th anniversary with our family. Six people were very comfortable in the condo. The kitchen is very well equipped if you choose to cook a meal. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms were roomy and so pretty. The condo is right on the beach, just as advertised. The decorations are so pretty. Condo was very clean. Many good restaurants nearby. We definitely will stay here again.

    We stayed in this condo over spring break and it was great. I loved lying in bed and looking at the ocean and the L shaped balcony. It was very comfortable especially the king size bed in the master bedroom. The weather was great that week and hopefully we can rent this unit again in the fall. We went to Fairhope which is a great town with eateries and unique shops. We also ate in a restaurant called Jessies in Magnolia Springs , l0 minutes from Foley and which is noted for their great steaks 4 years in a row. I recommend highly this condo and the restaurant.     This was our first time renting a condo, so, needless to say, I was a little nervous (as was my husband), but, we shouldn't have worried! This condo is soooo much better than it is described, such wonderful colors, beautiful view from the balcony, We loved every room, all seven of us that stayed there, we were very comfortable in our beds, our oldest Granddaughter slept on the couch, she said it was very comfortable also. We loved the colors used in the bedrooms and living area giving you that beach vibe. The condo was clean and well maintained. Apparently, October is the time of year to go, good weather, not too crowded, one night we had the indoor pool & jacuzzi to ourselves. We saw lots of dolphins jumping & playing, stingrays, fish of all kinds. Walking on the white sand was wonderful, lots of seashells - some birds liked the critters in the seashells, also. Thank you so much for sharing with us. I hope we get to come back next year...

    The girls' trip to Orange Beach was just what any doctor would have ordered. Very Relaxing!!. The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped. We lack for nothing. It was convenient to grocery stores and great seafood restaurants. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with a full view of the the gulf. Parking and access to our room was easy and we felt secure going in and out at night. I highly recommend booking this condo on your next trip to Orange Beach.

    We enjoyed our stay at your condo. Condo was extremely clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space in the parking lot. The pools and grounds are well maintained. We loved having the beach so close and the fourth floor balcony was perfect for sitting with our children and watching the sunrises and sunsets. Highly recommend Shoalwater #404. Thanks

    Thank you for sharing this wonderful condo with our family. Everything was perfect! The rooms were exactly as pictured. I've stayed in another condo in OB before and everything felt sticky and dirty - not this place. CLEAN! The beach was clean and the commons areas were also very clean. My 3 kids enjoyed the pools and the location was close to restaurants. The living area was large enough for my littles to string toys all over and we never felt cramped. Kitchen was user friendly with everything we needed. We drove to Pensacola one morning to watch the Blue Angels practice...wonderful show! We also parasailed and ate at Lambert's in Foley one day. This was such a relaxing place to vacation. The beach was never crowded and most people even left umbrellas, chairs and toys on the beach all week without ever worrying about it being damaged or stolen. Very family friendly all throughout the city. Great place! Thanks again for sharing. We will be back! The T's

    We really had a nice time. The condo was very clean, well equiped kitchen, loved the balconey. The only problem was the pool was very dirty. The day we checked in my husband took our grandchildren to the pool. They only stayed a few minutes as the pool was filhty. The next morning I went down to look at it and saw shells, sand, sticks and algae in the pool. I called the rental agency to complain and was told the clorinator had broken and they were working on it. The pool was safe, I told him it was very dirty and he told me then don't swim. I wasn't thrilled with that reply. The water level was so low it took the entire next day for the water level to reach the skimmers so it could start to clean the pool. We wouldn't let the children get in the pool. The Gulf was full of algae and I'm sure that's how it got in the pool, but the water level being so low really added to the problem. The above rating applies only to the condo.

    Family of 7 (5 adults, 2 children) just left this oceanfront condo. Was clean, pictures are very accurate. I have stayed in other condos where the furniture was worn and faded but pictures didn't reflect this. Not this one. What you see is what you get. Making reservations was very easy. Pool was actually larger than I expected. Great balcony views. Saw dolphins a couple of mornings. Indoor pool was nice too. Kitchen was very well equipped with probably anything you would need for your stay. Loved the stainless steel appliances and flat screen tv's. King bed was extremely comfortable!!!! My only "complaint" was having to go to a different location to purchase the parking passes. Just an inconvenience more than a complaint. Would not prevent me from staying here again. Plenty of parking spaces too. Waiting on an elevator was minimal. Trash chutes on each floor were very convenient. LOVED the restaurant menu book in the condo!! Was very helpful in deciding where to eat. Recommend this condo!

    This is one of the best condos we have stayed in. The location was perfect. The unit was tastefully decorated and it was obvious a great deal of thought was used to ensure a feeling of home. Loved the size of the balcony,the way it is staggered to allow for views and breezes and the privacy wall. The pool is large and well maintained as is the entire property.Our family of six( four adults and two kids) would definitely come back again.Also this was the most well equipped kitchen ever!

    Unit was immaculate. The location in the building was perfect, close to elevator, not to high up, not to low. Had a beautiful view from the balcony. The unit gave us the feeling of home. There was plenty of room for six of us. Kitchen was well equipped and served our needs wonderfully. The layout was perfect for us to separate space with my inlaws. Are plannning on returning in the future. I could go on forever. Was a great experience and would recommend to family and freinds.

    First visit to Orange Beach, the condo is nicely furnished and decorated. Felt more like a home than a hotel room. Would definitely stay there again.

    My friend and I stayed in this condo with our kids last May. The condo is very nice and had everything that we needed. Each year we plan a girls trip in Orange Beach. We will definitely stay here again.

    Great family getaway. The view from the balcony is awsome. You are able to see both the beach and pool areas. Balcony is high enough not to hear too much noise, but low enough to get your kids/grandkids attention when they are in the pool area. The condo itself is decorated very nicely and is very kid friendly. The king bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable that when I got home, I didn't say, "It's so good to be back in my own bed." So much is within walking distance that we hardly needed to drive our car during our stay. Had a great time and will definitely rent this condo again in the future. Would highly recommend for disabled/handicapped/seniors because it is close to elevators and from the balcony you can feel a part of the action and can enjoy watching your family on the beach and in the pool area without even leaving the condo.

    Our family enjoyed the stay at the Shoalwater. It was a very nice and convient place to stay. The size of the condo worked really well for our needs. The beach was so nice and being so close was a blessing. The condo pictures are extremely helpful and accurate as to the layout of the place. There was ample storage for clothes and bath products. Would stay in this condo complex again.

    We just returned yesterday from our stay at this condo. I must say that this is one of, if not the nicest units we have ever visited. The unit was very clean and well maintained. My favorite part of the condo is the balcony!! It was much larger than units we have stayed in in the past. Having my morning coffee out there every morning and watching the beautiful sunrise was the best part of the trip. The photographs listed here do not reflect how nice the condo really is. Very spacious!! I would definately recommend choosing this unit for your next stay on the Gulf!!

    This condo was wonderful!! My family of 7 (my husband and myself and our 5 kiddos) enjoyed every minute!! Balcony was full front beach facing. A big plus with us as 4 of our kids are teenagers and it was good to look down and keep them an eye on the beach or while in the pool. Rooms were large and we never felt cramped. Condo itself was absolutely beautiful. The balcony was one of the largest we have seen. The outdoor pool was never over crowded, and kids loved the tennis courts at night. Weather was great, so we didn't use indoor pool, but the boys used the exercise equipment. We can't wait to come back! This has been one of the best condos we have stayed at in the last 6 or 7 years of vacations.

    We are actually currently staying in this unit right now, I'm sitting on the couch looking out at the beach. We have stayed at many condos in various locations and we are so happy with this unit. It is very clean, nicely decorated and the updates are wonderful. The pools are maybe the cleanest I have seen. The balcony size is excellent, my daughter just loves it out there. I love how close we are to the ocean. It is very family oriented and everyone has been very friendly. Everything you need is right here in the condo, all the cooking supplies, towels, etc. We definitely can't wait to come back. I really hate to leave, Hope this review helps and I highly recommend it to your family!!
