HUGE and private yet still close to all the attractions. It's a short 15 - 30 minute drive to Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Epcot Center, Sea World or Universal Studios. Your sure to enjoy the warm sun in your private pool with spa and a quiet nights rest and still be close to the main attractions. The location of our property is convenient to both the attractions, and also to the city for grocery shopping (Publix is down the street), restaurants (UNO Chicago pizza is our favorite) or a trip to the retail outlet malls (Lake Buena Vista and Orlando Premium Outlets).
This property is special in many ways. The private screened in pool and hot-tub face south giving sunbathers nice exposure to the sun during the day and are yours to enjoy. This home overlooks a wide part of the Crescent Lakes which makes tropical bird watching a daily event. Crescent Lakes also has basketball courts and two playgrounds with swing-sets, and jungle gyms for the kiddies.

What a beautiful house that was perfect for our Disney vacation! There was plenty of room for all of us (4 adults and 4 children). We all loved having the private pool and hot tub right in the backyard. It was also nice having the pack n play, stroller, and high chair available so we did not have to worry about hauling our own along with us. We enjoyed our stay very much, having the 7 bedrooms was a blessing for our family, the grandkids, parents, grandparents and great-grandparent, each had their own bedrooms to go to after spending all day together... location was close to parks, outlets, restaurants. Only complaint was that there was only 1 TV in the villa, which meant shared TV time, we made the best of it.. Kids got over it.. had a great time. would recommend.Owner response: Thank you very much for your business. We work hard to please our visitors and your recommendations are valued. I've already purchased two more flat-screens. They're high quality VIZIO 1080p HD-LED-TV with internet streaming movies and applications. The play area upstairs will now help keep the kiddies amused with a Sony Playstation 2 and lots of games along with the internet streaming features. I'm so glad that you found the location as satisfactory as I do and that the villa met the needs of a large party for two weeks. My family and I had a GREAT time at this home. The house is perfect for a big family or a group of friends. It has everything you need, from cookware to games, to make your stay a memorable one. This was a beautiful, spacious and clean rental home. I've rented several houses in the Orlando area, and this is one of the cleanliest that I've encountered. The game room was nice, and there was plenty of room for parking (they also allow parking on the grass). The first rule is enjoy your stay! Trash cans must be put out on Sunday night. The recycle bin must be put out Wednesday night. Don't leave garbage in the Villa, garbage must be bagged and put into the garbage bins. Don't leave the doors and windows open, air conditioning and heat cost money and will malfunction if doors and windows are left open.. No smoking inside the Villa please. No pets allowed. If an issue comes up, contact the owner or property managers to offer assistance.

Kissimmee is a great launching site for all our Florida explorations and not tremendously expensive as some of the beach properties can be. This is the reason we bought this magnificent villa that everyone can enjoy!
