Located in the upscale town of Dorado and adjacent to the only 6-star Ritz Carlton in the Carribean, this home is also surrounded by 4 championship golf courses and many award winning restaurants. There are two supermarkets and cinemas located 5 minutes away. Play tennis (rackets provided) or take advantage of the playground and children's pool on site.
Included in your vacation home are 5 flat screen TV's, cable, internet, fax/copy machine, BBQ grill, tennis and snorkeling equipment. Enjoy sitting out on the large outdoor patio with comfortable couch and chairs or lounge on the hammock. Stroll across the sidewalk and watch the cruise ships pass by on the gorgeous ocean vista.
Inside this home is a state of the art kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, and purified water supply. There is air conditioning throughout. The front to back master bedroom has ocean views with two balconies and a king sized canopied bed. A large multi-jet stone shower compliments this master suite. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs consisting of a queen bed and two full beds having ocean views, they share a large bright bathroom with tub. Downstairs is a fourth bedroom with a queen bed adjacent to another large bathroom with tub. There are walking and jogging trails or just stroll on the beautiful sandy beaches. Look no further, this is the perfect family vacation home, it truly is your home away from home. Located across the street from the ocean and pool in the most beautiful part of Puerto Rico. Central enough to shopping and restaurants and even starbucks. We loved sitting outside on the patio over our family BBQ's or at the kitchen bar for pancakes. Fully equipped spacious home, peaceful and comfortable my kids and friends loved it and everyone had their privacy. Owner friendly and accommodating, even had a fully stocked kitchen from her help with all our favorite foods upon arrival. What are you waiting for, enjoy Sunny PR!Did you find this review helpful? We were the subject of a scam recently from a potential renter by the name of Dr. Richard James. He was supposed to rent our home but did not send payment until the day before arrival. The payment was $2000 more than the amount for rental and his check was a fraud, he naturally wanted us to refund him the money. We refused and contacted the proper authorities. Any negative comments from this party should be disregarded, he did not stay in our villa, he was only looking for owners to send him cash back. Please call me, the owner, directly if you have any questions or concerns. We are reputable owners, unfortunately there are disreputable people in the world.
