Just a few minutes drive to Ocean Grove Lifesaving club and the wide sandy beaches of the main beach. Coutta Beach Villa is a short drive to the historic town of Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards and the Bellarine coastal drive, and one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. You can relax and enjoy this well set up property.

Coutta Beach Villa is a very well appointed and fitted out with modern decor and appliances and has 3 bedrooms, main with queen bed, 2nd with queen bed and 3rd with 2 x king single bunk beds and 2nd living area with couch bed. The bedrooms are supported by two bathrooms including ensuite with walk in wardrobe. The living areas include tv (2) dvd (2) video, stereo, and ipod doc station. There are two reverse cycle air conditioning units so you are cosy in winter and cool in summer. The kitchen/dining area includes fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and ample crockery, cutlery, glasses, platters etc to cater for all holiday stays. Kitchen features European appliances, gas hot plates, electric oven, and cesear stone benchtops. The laundry includes washing machine and dryer. Outdoors there is bbq, and outdoor seating for 6, fully fenced yard and two decking areas. Also off street parking for 2 vehicles.
