Enjoy this cozy, historic cottage that dates back to Park City's nostalgic silver mining era. Originally built in1916 and remodeled in 2005, this quaint, comfortable home offers wonderful amenities and the perfect location for ski, hiking/biking, and relaxing getaways!
Situated at one of the BEST locations in Old Town; only a few easy steps to the PCMR Town Lift & Quitting Time ski run, as well as Park City's Historic Main Street. There are only a handful of homes with such an ideal Old Town location, offering the best of both worlds – walk (literally steps) to skiing, hiking & biking, shopping, restaurants, Sundance theaters, night life and the free city bus. No need for a rental car!
This home offers comfortable furnishings, luxury linens, wood burning stove, hardwood floors, one bedroom and an additional sleeping loft, one bath, and a well-appointed kitchen. Unique to this home for Old Town, is a large, private back yard complete with a garden, patio, and hot tub.
Bedroom - Queen Bed
Loft - 2 Twin Beds
Living room - Sofa queen sleeper
Recommend Park City Transportation from the Airport and walking from the house to the FREE bus and transit system for getting to locations other than Main Street and PCMR skiing, which are all steps from the house. Several Grocery delivery services are available.
The cabin is most comfortable for a family of four, however there is a queen sofa bed in the living room, stretching the accommodations to six.
Smoking is not permitted.
Pets are not permitted.
The property is perfect for parties without cars. Just about everything (skiing, hiking, biking, shops, restaurants, theaters, yoga shop, etc.) is walkable, including the free transit system and bus stop. Grocery delivery services are available. We have one parking guest pass for 1 automobile, however no garage. Therefore all parking is on the street, hopefully right in front of the house.

We had such a wonderful time! We never wanted to leave. Honestly, it was hard to get up on our last day and say goodbye. Leanne and Bill have made their diminutive place a true 'home away from home'. I can't imagine why anyone would stay in a hotel if they could have this experience - it's perfect. Darling front porch, perfect sized kitchen, living room - dining room and there's even a giant storage area! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know. It was well stocked with everything under the sun, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and close enough to downtown Park City to walk within about two minutes. Thank you Leanne!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

If you're looking for warm, cozy, rustic with amenities perfectly situated in town, this is the place. Can't really anything more from previous reviews! Made excellent use of the hot tub every evening after glorious days on the mountain. We even spotted two moose outside the kitchen window one morning grazing on the mountainside across town! So highly recommend a stay at this lovely cottage. Hope to return again sometime during the summer months as there is just so much this town has to offer year round. Thank you Leanne and Bill for sharing!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

We cannot thank you enough for your hospitality. We have spent much of our time wondering how we found the perfect place for our family. This cozy cabin has enchanted all of us. Warming us in the morning and inviting us back every evening. You have provided us with every convenience and it has been amazing to be off the path in the middle of everything. Our Park City stay was perfect. ALSO..... The boys would like to tell you how amazing this house was....... Being teenagers, we are very picky when it comes to where we stay. This is the first place we have stayed that has been perfect. We both agreed that we have never witnessed beds as comfortable as yours. Each day that we finished snowboarding we looked forward to coming back to the house. You have made our trip prefect. Thank you.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Had a fantastic stay here over New Year's. The location is out of this world and the cabin is appointed with pretty much everything you would need. Leanne and Bill are consummate hosts and we could not have been happier with our time there.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This cabin has it! You can walk to the base of the mountain (weather permitting), or to main street. It's true! The town lift is just two blocks away and the bus to take you to the base of the mountain is even closer. We used the Grocery Girls and they delivered everything we needed the day we arrived. Also, would highly recommend Snow Country Limousine service as a shuttle from the airport. My husband and I stayed with our son and his fiancé. Plenty of room for four! Although the loft is a bit snug for changing, there is a door to the mud room that can close and create a dressing area. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Park City!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We doubt an experience through AirBnB could get any better than this one. My boyfriend and I were in Park City for both business and pleasure and were excited to find this darling cottage off near Main Street. Everything about our stay was perfect! Leanne and Bill went above and beyond in providing every comfort of home -- including fresh bread, wine, cheese, and other goodies -- and even had the bathroom stocked with every toiletry we could need. Signage throughout the house provided instructions or guidelines on anything we'd want to use [including the wood stove]. They really thought of everything! Luggage racks in the bedroom, coasters, robes, salt for melting ice, and other details put the icing on this experience. The Christmas decorations on the porch and in the kitchen were a great touch, too! Since I was attending a conference a few miles away, we rented a car for the week -- but from what I saw, most everything in Park City was accessible by foot from this house. We'd love to come back! Thanks for everything you did, Leanne and Bill.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

My husband and I enjoyed a comfortable, peaceful visit to Park City during off season and stayed in this charming cabin! It was warm and cozy, not to mention close and convenient to all that Main Street has to offer ie. shopping, bars, restaurants are all a short walk away! The cabin itself was well kept, and clean, very nice bed linens and towels, also well stocked, everything from soap and shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer and flatiron in the bathroom to coffee/tea, condiments and snacks in the kitchen! Which very often aren't included with a self serve vacation rentals. Our visit even included fresh flowers and fruit, but I'm not sure if during the busy ski season that is possible to keep up with! We arrived late, after dark and after a fresh snow had fallen, we found the walkway and steps shoveled and salted and very easy access. Will definitely return and will reccommend to all friends and family traveling to PC!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Great place! Comfortable for our family - toddler, infant and all. The shelving area by the bathroom worked well for all our luggage. Hot tub was excellent. Loved all the tips and instructions posted relevantly through the house. Found myself admiring the carpentry time and again. Next time we have a chance to visit I will go out into town. The rain and snow kept me inside, enjoying the cozy living room. My wife and 2 year old braved the snow and walked to a restaurant called Butcher's and enjoyed an early evening dinner. Our family will continue to use this cabin as our go-to. It was perfect!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

About the owner: We moved to Utah from Northern California 20 years ago and quickly learned to enjoy everything Utah has to offer! We love the mountain lifestyle and being minutes from amazing ski resorts, with numerous biking and hiking trails in our backyard, and the convenience of an efficient international airport. Park City offers excellent restaurants & stores, quaint shopping with local shop owners, restaurants & coffee houses and and an excellent variety of local and professional performing art events, theater productions, and concerts at Eccles Center, Egyptian Theater, Sundance and Deer Valley. Not to mention the incredible views throughout the area!
Why the Owner Chose Other Old Town, North Properties:
We had the pleasure of living, working and raising our children in Park City for 20 years. There were 4 blocks in Old Town that always appealed to us due to the convenient, quiet location and ease of access to everything. When we found this cottage, which is in the middle of the 4 blocks, it’s history and appeal tugged at our hearts as the perfect opportunity to finally own a home in Old Town. We are pleased we can share its charm.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Even though we are central to everything offered in OLD TOWN; it is just about as close as you can get, however very it is very quiet.
