Positioned on over half an acre with close to seventy feet of bay frontage, this retreat presents each visitor the unique opportunity to get away from it all without having to forgo the luxuries of civilization. Conveniently located within walking distance to three waterfront restaurants and two marinas. Golf, a Finger Lakes winery, and all that Sodus Point has to offer are just a short drive away.

Enjoy your morning coffee out on the dock or avoid the chill of the emerging day and retreat to the comforts of the welcoming living room to take in the landscape through the picture window. Bask in the panoramic views (see photos) and maybe watch the family of swans as they make their rounds. Do not forget to bring your boat! You can tie her up to the beautiful, forty-foot, pile-driven, permanent dock.
