  We stayed at Sea Breeze for one week, Jan 4 to 11th and had an amazing time! We are a family of 4, with a 1 year old and a 3 year old. The condo unit was fresh and clean with a new kitchen and bathrooms. Things we loved: the powder sand beach in our "backyard"; the heated swimming pool and lovely deck area; the balcony; it's only a 10 minute walk to John's Pass; it is less than 30 minute drive from Clearwater, St. Pete's, and Tampa! So convenient!!! Our children had a great time enjoying the beach and pool and there are plenty of beach/pool toys in the closet. The owners are amazing and so accomodating! They offered up use of the highchair and stroller from their Ocean Sands unit for us to use. When the pool was closed for a couple days due to cleaning, they dropped by with the key to their Ocean Sands unit so that we could use the swimming pool if we wanted. They also left some children's books and DVDs in the kids' room's nightstand because they knew we were coming! So sweet! Thanks Marie and Lee! You have an amazing property and you were most kind! We shall be back again!

  We really enjoyed our stay during Thanksgiving week. The condo is well-maintained inside and out. The location is convenient to stores and restaurants and we would definitely recommend this property.

  We have just returned home after spending 2 wonderful weeks at unit 606 in the Sea Breeze condo's. The unit was just as the pictures project. It is a very spacious and well kept unit. The living room has a large flat screen tv just like the one we have at home with lots of HD chanels. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils, dishes, pots & pans you need. In the kitchen closet there is lots of equipment, chairs, umbrellas etc for you to take to the beach. There are also additional beach towels available in the master bedroom. The view from the 6th floor balcony is spectacular especially at sunset. We where fortunate enough on our visit to see plenty of dolphins swimming quite close to shore. The buildings facilities, pool, bacci ball and shuffle board are excellent. We enjoyed our morning walk on the beach. The condo is a short walk to John's Pass which itself is a treat to visit. There are lots of restaurants and shops here. Local favourite restaurants where Cody's Roadhouse in the Target Plaza and Thai Am 2 at Johns Pass. Would also recommend a visit to Fort Desoto Park which is a 20 to 25 minute drive to the south. A $5 park admission fee but well worth it. The owners were very helpful with our booking and provided us with all the information we needed. I would highly recommend this unit family and friends as well as other travelers.

  This Condo in Madeira was clean and comfortable! The pictures and video are accurate. The property is well maintanied. Clean indoors as well as outside. We picked up our rental car in Tampa and it was a quick drive over to the Condo. Nice parking garage with plenty of parking. The Publix is super close to pick up food and stock the fridge. Many restaurants nearby, too many to mention however directly across the street in walking distance is Lisa's Cafe..very good and John Pass as well a bit further down. We also suggest Crabby Bills on Gulf Blvd...The Condo is central to all...Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, as well as The Seminole Hard Rock Casino and of course a day trip to Disney! St. Petersburg was a nice area to explore as well as Gulfport. The unit was great...you will enjoy the balcony overlooking the Gulf and of course the pool and hotub as well. Its nice to walk into a place and have everything you need right on hand..kitchen was well stocked with dishes,etc..The bedrooms were comfortable as well. Nice and quiet week full of R&R...cant beat waking up to the beautiful waters and going for a swim in the warm Gulf...nice walks in the evening as well. This place is ideal for families as well as couples looking for a get-a-way.The Owners are very pleasant and helpful, a great experience all around! Cant wait to go back.

  Coming to the Sea Breeze was a "Gold Medal" week. Our accomodations were magnificent, spacious and immaculately clean. It was a perfect spot to unwind and relax. We left energized and prepared for a long winter. We definitely hope to return next summer.

  We thought the condo was very clean and the location on the beach was beautiful. The elevator was unavailable almost everyday at some point of the day which was tough on my Mom to use the stairs from the 6th floor. We also had $128 deducted from our damage deposit for damaged sheets and towels. My son got a henna/fake tattoo that rubbed off on the sheets; I had know idea that would happen or we wouldn't have gotten it. I understand if the ink wouldn't come out we would be charged, but $128 for a white set of queen sheets, pillow cases (2), towel, hand towel is way too expensive. They were not very nice towels or sheets. This really dampened our stay and I feel I we were taken advantage of after the fact. We even left a 2 man inflatable boat in the closet for others to use.

  The condo was excellent, plenty of room, great view, bed was very comfortable - loved the shower and big walk-in closet. Nice pool area and pool (albeit not a large pool) but it was well kept and clean with plenty of seating/lounge and a wonderful, large hot tub. Great location with plenty of eateries close. I would recommend this condo for a couple getaway or whole family vacation.

  We loved this condo…exceptionally roomy, comfy and absolutely spotless. Unit was well supplied with all the basics needed for a great week at the beach. Condo swimming pool is directly on the beach; facility, pool & beach are well maintained and very clean. There are nice beach chairs & umbrella provided in condo; but if you prefer, there is a private beach service that rents cabanas at a very reasonable rate as well. Owners have lots of info available in the unit regarding the area, local restaurants, etc. Several restaurants are great & within easy walking distance. Sunsets from the balcony were spectacular! Marie & Lee couldn’t have been more accommodating and were a joy to work with. We’ll definitely be back!

  Very clean and well stocked condo...everything you could imagine that you need to have a good time at the beach! We had a problem when we arrived ( I forgot the door codes at home), we called the owners and they were more than happy to help us. We would (and will) return. Madeira Beach is our favorite beach in Florida, it is beautiful.

  The condo was perfect for our week long visit. Everything appeared to be renovated, clean, and modern. The condo is spacious and and the master suite is huge with a big split bath and walk in closet. The view is outstanding. The pool and spa are th best on Madeira Beach! Thanks!
