  this condo was very enjoyable and relaxing. enjoyed the large crock pot as well as having a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. condo is centrally located with easy access to phoenix center and and scottsdale.

  my family has lived in Phoenix for over 40 years ... I loved renting this unit while visitng my family ... it is a great location, easy to get to from the airport and accessible to interstates ... the amenities for the unit were great both inside the unit and surrounding pool area ... so much better than staying at a hotel ... will definitely be using this lovely unit again ... many thanks to Elliot for making my stay so comfortable ...

  This apartment is highly recommended! You want to Phoenix? Only take this VRBO apartment! We are from Germany and travel every year to the United States. We both are in the "thirties". And we know what we want. We have seen many apartments. And we have seen everything. But this apartment is just the best! Here you will find a safe and very clean facility. The apartment has everything you need. Everything! No if, no but. We are very excited... We are planning to be back for next year. The owner always helps. At any time. Anywhere. You write an e-mail and he responds immediately. All we can say: Thank you Elliot! We will be back! - the Germans - !

  What a great place! The property owner was the perfect host and was incredibly accommodating. He was always answered the call whenever I had a question. The place was immaculate and had all of the amenities you could ask for: great storage, kitchen utensils and parking right outside the front door. Easy access to shopping, walking distance to North Mountain and three different pools to choose from, the location couldn't be beat. Perhaps what I liked best was how seamless the whole process was for us. If you rent this property, you will have no worries about the quality of your stay! I would certainly come back again and recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

  We had an excellent time here--a nice escape from WI winter. The owner, Elliot, was very honest and kind, and great with communication. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The 3 pools were nice and warm for swimming in January. Lots of shopping areas just a short drive away, in addition to hiking trails.

  A great place to stay. We accessed the two of the three pools in the complex and used the Hilton Privilege Card regularly. Being able to use the Hilton resorts was a huge bonus. Grounds were well maintained and a very quiet respectful community.

  Arizona has so much to offer. My husband and I have wanted to visit Arizona for many years. We were able to visit for 12 days and wanted to find a rental that wouldn't limit us in exploring all Arizona. Topatio Cliffs Condo that Elliot offers was perfect for us! Centrally located minutes from the Interstates 17 & 10 made easy travel to all the states finest destinations. Sedona was only a little over an hour away and Flagstaff was 20 minutes beyond that. Lake Havasu City and Tuscon were 3 hours away. We highly recommend renting a car and exploring as many destinations as possible. Because we were traveling  and not spending a lot of time at the condo, we didn't want to spend a lot but wanted a nice place to call home base. The condo was everything we needed. Great price, great location and the condo was absolutely inviting! Not only did it provide us with any convenience of home, it was a place you could kick back and relax at. We spent time using the three pools and we made a point to take advantage of the Pointe Hilton Topatio Resort Privileges on our last day. Thanks Elliot for making our trip a success.

  I stayed at #347181 Point Resort at Tapatio Cliffs for two weeks. The apartment not only met the description but offered every comfort possible as a home away from home. The full service kitchen was nice to have since I did not feel like eating every meal out. As a woman traveling alone I had no reservations about returning to the complex late at night. I did not use any of the community amenities however I did check them out and found them very inviting. I will definitly refer friends and family to this charming, well kept unit and complex.
