When God created the earth He gave Panama City Beach, Fla. the most beautiful beach in the world. The crystal, sugary white sandy beach can be seen for miles from my 2 bedroom condo. When you walk on the beach your feet will feel like they are walking on a velvet carpet. My beautiful, redecorated 2 bedroom condo is located on the quiet end of Panama City Beach, Florida. It is located right on the beach inside Pinnacle Port/Carillon Beach community. It is a gated, 24 hour, patroled security area. The condo is located on the 7th and 8th floor. There are 3 quiet elevators to take you down to the beach, pools, playing areas, fishing dock, parking area etc.
The newly ceramic tile on the kitchen countertops and floor make for easy cleaning. The kitchen is full equipped with 2 sets; service for 8. dishes; wine glasses; baking dishes; coffee mugs; glasses. It has a large, icemaker refrigerator; microwave; coffeemaker; toaster;stove; blender; numerous cabinets for your convenience. A large family size washer and dryer are at your disposal. The parlor has a 19' TV; VCR/DVD combination player. There are numerous videos and DVDs in the room for your pleasure. Enjoy the listening and viewing while seated in any of the 2 rocker/recliners. The queen size sofa bed is a luxury.
The master bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the beauty of the sunrise as it greets you each morning. On the patio you can see for miles the beautiful beach. Many people fish in the Gulf. If your lucky you can catch some great fish! Good for eating. Seashells are found as you walk the beach. The bedroom has a full bathroom and shower/tub. A DVD is also there for your entertainment. There are a no. of movies here also.
The guest bedroom overlooks Lake Powell. You will find a well equipped library in this room for your reading pleasure. The hall bathroom contains a large walkin shower. Fresh linens are at your disposal. There are large bath towels, hand towels, face cloths etc.
The condo is reasonable priced to enable you to enjoy spending money for gas, restaurants, theatres, shopping. Enjoy the atmosphere of shopping at the newly build Pier Park. Pier Park has 16 movie theatres, Dillards, Target, restaurants, boutique shops and many more. Pier Park is 5 miles from Pinnacle Port. 2 miles down the road is WinnDixie, Pulix grocery stores. Bayou Bill is a great seafood, reasonably priced restaurant right near WinnDixie. Live theatre is 20 min. away. Kaleidoscope, Martin Theatre, Marine Theater...great plays with talented actors. Gulf World is 15 min away where you can swim with the dolphins and watch the water show. The children will enjoy the beach and well equipped playground. Next door you can enjoy the free outdoor concerts at Carillon Beach. Carillon Beach has beautiful ,new elaborate colonial houses.
About 8 miles away is Eden Gardens where Ray Milland was starred in the movie 'The Frogs'. Continue on 98 to Seaside,Sandesten, Silver Sands Outlet Mall and much more.
Local restaurants are Long Horn, Back Porch, Broken Egg, Bone Fish, Mike's, Bayou Bill, Steakhouse, Chow Time (great buffet) and many more. Shopping has KMart, Walmart, Sears, J.C. Pennys, Dillards, Target and many more!
On rainy days you will find puzzels, games, library, videos, DVD movies right in the room to keep you occupied and happy. Where would you find all this for so reasonable price?

When we walked in it was very clean and the view from both balconies was great. Pinnacle Port is a great place! At 11:00 p.m. the whole place got quiet. We felt very safe. (Because it is a gated community, no thugs or people "hanging out".) We had never even heard of Pinnacle Port before our stay. There were lots of families and everyone was nice. The owners are very nice and helpful! We definitely want to stay here again!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Enjoyed our stay and had a beautiful view of the ocean in master bedroom. Very quiet and relaxing. Easy parking and access to the beach. Would stay here again and the owners are super nice and respond very quickly if you need to reach them for any reason :)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo was very clean and well-maintained. The condo was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beach. There were plenty of activities, attractions, and restaurants near by. Being able to walk on the beach at any time and then jump in the pool was fantastic.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

The first time we visited Panama City Beach we stayed at a motel. While there we toured the area and found Pinnacle Port. We fell in love with it the moment we saw it. Pinnacle Port has everything we were looking for, a community gated 24 hr security, loads of amenities and gorgeous sunrises/sunsets, beach, pools, tennis courts..lots to make us happy. We love it & the wonderfull people who serve us.
